I think it would be a good niche. There are so many ways that you can go with your website with that niche.
I realized that as my mind took off with ideas last night. Luckily I always have a pen and paper handy to write them all down. I had a hard time turning them off so I could go to sleep! I have a list of articles already that I want to write. It's rollin'!
That sounds great and really no matter what niche you go with.. There are just so many things that you can come up with.. Mine was accenting your home and I have honestly come up with more ideas than I thought I would. You have definitely got this. I'm here to help the best I can. Tiny houses are a hugely profitable niche, and it can only get more so as the population increases and space becomes more relevant. I don't think that it is too broad a niche and if you look inJaazy there are some great keywords

You might want to re-word that niche to something like: "Small is Beautiful" or something to that effect..
