Rank 83 to 102
Back up to 102? Need to explain this.
When you delete a post like I did with my first two posts about flying thru the rain as they were out of sequence, you have to pay a penalty.
When you first write a post you get credit for it and your rank goes down. If you then later delete that post you lose the original credit you got and your rank goes back up higher.
It is like if you are a salesman and you get a charge back for something you sold but then the customer cancels the sale or the sale doesn't go through for some other reason.
You can edit or delete a blog you have written by clicking on the gear wheel at top of your blog, then click edit or delete depending on what you want to do.
If you delete a blog, you cannot get it back again. If you delete a blog all the replies to that blog will also disappear.
So be careful not to delete articles you have already written or be prepared to lose the credit for them that you received when you originally published them.
After editing a blog, go to bottom right and click publish and your edited blog will appear again.

stop worrying about the rankings Pastor Derry. I have, or else you go crazy. I dropped down 200 spots last week. Why I don't know.
Good points if you are worried about rank. Rank don't put money in the bank but it does give you bunches of credibility with your starters when trying to convert them to Premium.
Would you want your coach/mentor to be ranked 1000 or 100?
My rank has gone from Top 40 to almost 300. Who cares? I finished Bootcamp twice and have 2 niche websites, my WA MMo promo site plue 2 others building for clients. My websites looking great and traffic improving every day.

I am not bothered about my rank, because its not a totally you controlled factor by that I mean you can work as hard and as focused as you want on content and helping, and others, round your rank will focus on just helping so they can go up while you may go down
I write my content in Google drive first then, paste to site content then publish
My primary focus is on building my list through attractive content not my ranking position if that helps
Gotcha. Thanks for explaining. Some long time members who have been here for years tell me that the rank system on WA shouldn't be its ultimate focus, its supposed to be a paying it forward ranking system. Being a helper, contributor, and whatever else terms they use on WA ranking system. Its good to know this information. We ought to stay balanced on paying it forward and working on our sites.
I learned that the ranks goes up and down depending on your activity within WA in the paying it forward ranking. Good to know about points will rank higher if delete a blog. This is why I rather write in word doc, save, copy and paste, edit in Grammarly or Hemingway editor, save then back to word paste the revised version then save the document. I can then copy and paste post my blog that way in site content or in WA blog that way I do not lose anything. But that tip is good to know where to find it.
