Site monetization is an important aspect of running your business in the digital world, in part 1 we covered Multiple Income Streams in part 2 we covered the Coca-Cola Principle.

In part 3 let's talk about the three M's?

When you are building and establishing your site, perhaps it is a year old and already has traffic you can start to add in what I call the three M's.

Part one was about building once particular source of income split across different product categories that your audience is interested in, part 2 more expanding on this with the coca cola principle and offering similar related products that have only a slight degree of difference to each other.

Part 3 is about the three M's

Multiple Methods of Monetisation

This is something highly recommeded and applied by all successful bloggers and I do believe instigated around 15 years ago by Darren Rowse of Problogger.

Once you have an established income from your principal method of income, from affiliate sales you add in display advertising from various companies such as google adsense, media vine and ezoic.

This, is very nice income source in addition to any affiliate sales and is completely passive.

Darren Rowse call this a stage 2 blog - two sources of revenue.

There is no need or requirement for you to stop at Affiliate income you can viably add in a 3rd or 4th source of revenue which can be your own products, coaching calls/consultancy and even subscription sales by having a membership site with exclusive membership only content for fee paying members.

Once your site grows, so will your monetization methods and strategies.
