Two Months With Wealthy Affiliate and 25 Year Anniversary

Today marks two months that i have been with the WA community. When I first found WA I was actually researching another opportunity. After reading one of the first reviews I found on WA, something kept brining me back to find out more. I could not find anything negative on WA, so I knew this must be a good place to be. The other opportunity I was looking at at the time did have some negative reviews. Finally on February 20, 2016 I tookthe plunge and signed up. I will be honest, I had been on several different reviews, but I chose the one I wanted to sign up on. Now you're probably wondering why I signed up on his instead of someone else's. I have no rhyme or reason as to why I did. it just felt right. Thank you Vitaliy!

In the last two months I have learned so much! I have learned to build a website, write and add content, how to use Google Analytics, and really what is all involved in affiliate marketing. If someone had told me I would be doing this someday, I would not have believed them. It's nice how things happen sometimes.

I won't say the things that happened were necessarily bad, but they did open my eyes to some different opportunities that I had never though about, such as WA! If I had not gone through some of the things that I had gone through then I probably would not be with WA today. And I am very glad I am! The community here is so awesome and I feel like I have a ton of friends, even though I have never met any of you! I also chose the niche that I have for my website because back in October 2015 my husband had a heart attack. Heart health has become something even more important to me than it was before.

I am still learning and know I have a long ways to go. I should finish up the level 3 training this week and then be able to move on to level 4. I was hoping to be a little further in the training by now, but I guess that is ok. It will allcome together when it is supposed to. I guess I have a goal to have the training done in 4-6 months, so if I can reach that goal I will be happy. I am also hoping to be able to spend more time on my website so that I can get it ranking better in Google. Right now my sight health is not very good, so I need to remedy that situation. I know I can do it!

Now for the second part of my post, 25 year anniversary. Today my husband and I celebrate 25 years of marriage.This one is even more special, not because it's 25 years which is very special, but because if things had not gone differently when my husband had his heart attack last October, we would not be celebrating this anniversary now. He is my best friend and even though he drives me crazy sometimes, I am very glad that I found him to be my life partner. We have had our ups and downs in the last 25 years, like any married couple, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. Last October definitely was an eye opener as to how precious life really is. In our 25 years of marriage we were blessed with three great kids. None are married yet.

The last two months has been great learning everything that WA has to offer. Over the last 25 years there have been a lot of changes, including my husband spending 14 months in Iraq with his Army National Guard unit. The ups and downs over the past 25 years have only made us stronger, both as individuals and as a couple. But I would not trade those experiences, because they have made us the people we are today.

I feel that these experiences I have gone through over the past 25 years have actually helped me to take the leap into something that is totally outside of my comfort zone. Affiliate marketing is completely new to me, so this is definitely outside the box for me. But I am loving every minute. As I have seen many people say in their posts, it takes time, but it will happen. You just have to be patient and be diligent. I will be doing both!
