Hello. Just wondering how I can speak to someone right away. I tried to purchase my domain but I keep getting an error. I tried the support link but it won't let me move past s
Raise a ticket with site support, they will email you back what needs to be done to help you
"Is this question related to your website". I checked Yes and it goes to step 2 where it asks to "Choose your domain". It doesn't allow me to type anything or move past it.
Not sure if you are sorted...
You can set up a new free site under siterubix and create the ticket issue under that site if needed.
Then delete the free site when sorted out

Maybe you can try to shut down your computer and restart. All the best.
I've honestly tried all of it. I was using my iPad, so tried the laptop. No success. Boo!
