Happy Birthday To Me
Today is my Birthday and I am celebrating.
Every year that I live in good health, with a roof over my head and food on my table is reason to celebrate.
Added to that I have a husband and a son who love and cherish me. I have family and friends who love me.
It is probably age but I honestly no longer care about presents. Waking up this morning to my son's smiling excited face because it is Mommy's Birthday is priceless. Today I turn 55 and I never dreamed that I would be holding my 6 year old in my arms, how blessed am I?
However, with each passing year I understand more fully how precious time is. We cannot control it, take it back or put it on hold. It never stays static.
Three years ago I joined as a free member of WA but got distracted by shiny objects. I lost over $10 000 joining opportunities that were not the right fit for me. For over a year, I walked away from this burning desire to create my own internet lifestyle.
One day I was back on the internet searching for opportunities when I received an email from WA and decided to come back and take a closer look at this opportunity. A day later I was a premium member and the feeling that this is where I should have been from the start was overwhelming.
My past attempts at creating a laptop lifestyle were not in vain, I did gain a number of skills, and I now understand the bigger picture. What I still have to accept is that if I had stayed with WA for these last 3 years my business would have exploded by now. So I add to my many blessings the chance I have been given to use WA to build my business. At this stage 2 months after going premium, I have 2 websites up and running. One is still very new, but I am really enjoying building it using what I learned from my first website.
My first website has over 10 posts ranked on page 1 of Google, Bing and Yahoo, how awesome is that? I am loving working on this site and have joined a number of great affiliate programs.
The WA community is incredible, and the support like no other that I have come across, so I raise my glass to all of you.
Yes I am blessed, and my way of saying thank you, is to ask you, if, you take one thing away from this blog it is that TIME is the most important factor in our lives and should be treated with respect.Use it wisely.
