Are there any video capture pages available to use for promoting my WA business?
can you no just design a landing page ( if your theme allows) to show the video you want along with the signup?
to check your theme - down the right ( in the classic editor) you wil lfind templates.
in gutenberg in maybe even easier with the blocks - although i don't know about hiding your header.

Google searching "landing page wp plugin" (without the quotation marks, of course) will provide you with choices of free plugins.
However, there are also landing page plugins that you can pay for and, of course, they would offer you more options for customizing.

How can I post my post to Google+ from my WA back office?
The most handy one is by installing any sharing plugin which allow to share your blog posts to social networks including GPlus. I am using a plugin called https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-share-buttons-with-floating-sidebar/ which is flexible. It's FREE.
