Proud Mom Today!
I'm a proud mom today!
I attended the parents evening earlier and learned that my little daughter is doing very well in school. She is working above the level expected for her age in Reading and Writing and has achieved the grade of A in all her core subjects. Also, her SATS Key Stage 1 results are outstanding.
SATS here in the UK stands for Statutory Assessment Tests or Standardised Assessment Tests. It is a test given nationally to all schools during the month of May to test how well the children has achieved Key Stage 1.
This year the scaled score is 100/115 for the children to pass the National Curriculum Level, Key Stage 1.
Anything below this score means the children are working below the expected National curriculum level for their age. Anything above this score means the children has exceeded the National curriculum level expected for their age. My daughter got a scaled score of 105/115 in Mathematics and a scaled score of 108/115 in Reading and Writing. These only mean that she has exceeded the National curriculum level in both subjects.
I feel ecstatic right now and wanted to share my happiness with all of you.
This might not be business-related news but we could all learn from this.
To be like a child and enjoy learning. To try our best in everything we do.
And the most important thing that we could all learn from this is to NEVER GIVE UP and BELIEVE THAT WE CAN DO IT!
Cheers to our online business success here at WA!
I believe in you!

Nice to read you are a proud mom. But be also proud when things are going in an other direction. But for now it's great she's doing so well. Have a nice weekend.
Consistent guidance is the key for her to continue doing well in her studies. Setting a good example and encouraging her to always do what is right and to fight for what she believes in all the time. To do good unto others and to stay away from trouble. Thank you, Joke for the reminder. Have a good day! :)
Congrats Adel! Though we manage to find financial resource to help our family, it is also important to take a look on how they are doing. Wealth is less important when it comes to Family. You should be really proud of your child! :) congats!!!
Absolutely! I hope and pray that she will stay the way she is now until she grows up into a charming, kind and smart young lady! Thank you, my friend! :)
