Affiliate Analogy Continues…. K is for Kindred SpiritI’m taking some creative liberty with today’s blog and veering away from presenting an analogy. I can’t compare Wealthy Affiliate to a Kindred Spirit because it IS a Kindred Spirit to me. Its core principals and attitudes of its members are so similar to my own. This was a huge surprise to me, as I certainly didn’t expect to find this in an online teaching tool for Affiliate Marketing. Let me try to explai

Affiliate Analogy Continues…. J is for Juicing Juicing is a very popular trend in the nutritional field. Although, I don’t juice all the time, when I do I always feel more energized. Why is that? Why should we use juicing as a good option for optimal health? What is JuicingWhat exactly is juicing? It’s a process of combining a variety of fruits and vegetables into a drink, using a juicer. Sounds simple enough, but it is quite a messy process. Buying, cleaning, and c

Affiliate Analogy Continues…. I is for Ivy The first home I purchased as an adult had Ivy for a front lawn. Its rich, dark green leaves made an attractive cover for the barren soil underneath. It was so pretty to look at, and being that it was a climbing plant, it covered all the tree trunks too. It was such a sturdy plant; the roots firmly planted. But it was thick too, with layers of leaves. The items I found buried in the dense growth often surprised me. The only maintenance

Affiliate Analogy Continues…. H is for Heroes Typically, a hero is a person who has special achievements, abilities, or personal qualities and is regarded as a role model. Often these people come to our attention because they have done some courageous act, often sacrificing their own safety for the concern of others. Seeing others give unselfishly of themselves, having courage to step up in dangerous situations, loving all people…….these are characteristics we want to e

Affiliate Analogy Continues…. G is for Games I LOVE GAMES. Whenever I have free time, I’m on my iPhone playing games. It is such a great way to take a break from work and other responsibilities and still keep the mind active. I love word games and puzzles. Jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, find the hidden objects, card games, Toy Blast and so many more. (I stay away from the action, war-themed games.) Some of the reasons games appeal to me: I can begin and end the game in

Affiliate Analogy Continues…. F is for Father My father passed away a few years ago but I think of him almost every day. This picture was taken a few years before his death and the drawing behind him is me as a little girl. He was a typical, Italian father, showing his love by giving my sister and me whatever our hearts desired. We didn’t want for anything. To say we were spoiled is an understatement. We weren’t raised with a whole lot of discipline or rules. But none

Affiliate Analogy Continues…. E is for Energy For me, energy is a feeling within that makes me want to get up and do things. It’s a happy force flowing through me. It’s like capturing the sunshine and sharing it with the people I come in contact with during the day. (OK, I put that in there because it matched the picture, which I liked and wanted to use! LOL)So many things have an effect on our energy level. Being able to have or develop that energy from within is a lif

Affiliate Analogy Continues…. D is for Diets Yes, I know, I have talked about diets and weight issues in other posts, but it is such a big part of my world, it warrants more discussion. Food is My Comfort Food…..just the thought of it puts a smile on my face. All my happy memories growing up revolve around our dinners together. Even today, the best times with friends and family center around food. I’m full-blooded Italian so that explains a lot. Up until I was about

Affiliate Analogy Continues…. C is for Computer This seems like such an obvious connection. You really don’t need me to explain the relationship of a computer to Wealthy Affiliate. However, there are some differences to acknowledge. First, what is a computer? According to my dear friend, Webster, it is an electronic device that can store, retrieve, and process data. It is a machine, an inanimate object that is totally dependent on human interaction. With today’s techno

Affiliate Analogy Continues…. B is for Bridge Webster’s Dictionary defines bridge as a means of connection or transition. It can also be a structure carrying a pathway over an obstacle. There are many famous bridges. The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco is one of the more recognizable and most used bridges in the United States. The Bridge connects San Francisco to California’s northern counties. As of January 2014, over two billion vehicles (2,025,883,491 ) have cr
