I believe what you are asking is how to get people to sign up as your referral. If that is what you are asking, have you gone through the Affiliate Bootcamp training? Just click on the black area on the left of your screen to get started. That training will give you all the tools you need.
You may also get information about the referral program by clicking on the airplane at the top of the screen next to your profile picture.
