Cash Back Shopping!
Cash back shopping, a intriguing version of shopping. I once thought that receiving a cash reward for making a purchase was relegated to end of year sales promotions. I was wrong.
I stumbled upon Greg Gottfied youtube channel that when I was trying to find a way to start an online business. I once thought about opening a dropshipping store, but it had to many necessary variables. With dropshipping you have to open a online store, find a popular product, find a good vendor, set up a shopping cart, etc. A print on demand business seemed like a good fit for me.. He had a lot of great ideas regarding designing on websites like Canva, Redbubble , TeeSpring etc ,and also how to present the completed design.
The short youtube ad was a promotion on how to really make money online . It was for a free course revealing how he actually made money online. It was a free , so I had nothing to spend but my time. One of the first methods presented in the course was a cash back website. The website was Rakuten ( formerly Ebates) . Rakuten has a current refer a friend offer that would give you and your referral cash. There was a link at the end of the video class and I decided to sign up. I needed to buy vitamins , so I decided to use my Rakuten account while making my Vitacost purchase. Within hours of my Vitacost purchase, I was pleasantly surprised to get an email from Rakuten stating that along with my cash back of $1.34 , there would also be an added bonus of $30!
Cash back shopping working for me! $30 may seem to be small change, but its a start to making an online income. Its nice to be able to get a little boost every once and a while. Rakuten has offers for clothing, cosmetics, food, health, vacation, travel, etc. There are well known, quality stores like Vitacost, Vitamin Shoppe, Sephora, Walmart, Sam's Club, Ulta, just to name a few. This $30 refer a friend program will no doubt bring a lot of interest and traffic to the Rakuten website. I already started giving my link to friends, so they can take this opportunity to save and earn. Its a win win situation. They make a purchase plus a cash back and $30 and I make $30!
In concluding, I'm making small but actual steps in my online business now. It may be a cash back website, but its a start in the right direction. Are you interested in earning money , while you shop online? I'm sure you do!
