Is That Right?
As a result each time I have my family together I always like to take time out from whatever else is going on.
Last Sunday (Yesterday) being my birthday we got together for some much-needed family time. Nothing much was done here on Sunday.
I was juggling so much today as we moved back to our daily routine and just noticed the rank 50 next to my name.
I must admit I have been clicking all over on this platform trying to establish whether there is a glitch in the system. Is that for real and when did that happen.
Well I don't know how to feel about rank sometimes and today is one of those days.
It's nice to be acknowledged and its a cool thing to achieve as I enter a new year of life but I don't often know how I feel about it.
I keep reminding myself not to let that direct what I do here since ranking is not one of my goals.
Even though blogging here and answering mails is not always easy I keep at it because of what all these blogs did for me as I began my journey here. They still hold as much value today.
I believe that if we really wish to help to maintain the success and camaraderie on this platform it is important to document our progress as well as encourage others who may need to hear from us.
Additionally, because of the many members who patiently answered my questions and in the process helped me to build my business I have also learned the importance of helping others by answering questions.
If I helped you or encourage you in all the time I have been here I am very happy about that. That is its own reward.
To the many members who continue to post such inspiring messages thank you. I continue to follow your progress and learn.
I want to encourage all WA members to recognise the value of our blogs and question answering section and to take special time to do both.

Thank you Joyce. It's nice to be missed. Sorry about being gone so long. I had taken two weeks off for Christmas.
It's all about the family for me. I was planning to work through it originally but there was just so much to do I kept finding myself unable to do much while trying to do both.
Finally I decided to just focus on the family and come back fresh.
Next time I'll plan better. Maybe have my posts prepared ahead of time so I can continue to publish throughout the holiday because my publishing frequency went down
Working to remedy that now.
To our success indeed. Let's make a big footprint this year Joyce.

Congratulations on your ranking. We all need family time and not to be focused only on work. The key word is find that "balance"in life and to enjoy all that we do in our everyday living. I agree the WA community is fantastic. Keep moving onward and upward. Wishing you great success.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CANDY! We all know that we want to have meetings with ralatives, but right now that's quite impossible and risky. And the person that most have to enjoy this feast, is yourself. And definitely, "THAT IS RIGHT A 100%"

I know. I think I am among the the most blessed in the world at the moment.
My country has really not been that badly affected by the virus.
We never went into lockdown and have only had a curfew in place which has been relaxed a lot in the last 6 months.
We have had 6,702 cases thus far, 6,044 have recovered. Only 171 have died.
Interestingly enough the slowest spread has occurred in the region in which I live.
Every store in my region now has hand washing sinks and about 1/2 wear their mask.
Being a third world country we really were considered one of the most ill equipped to deal with what was coming which is why I say we have been blessed.
