A Betrayal and A Reward

Ever felt betrayed by your body? Seems like every time I push the limits I'm reminded that I can only do so much.

"You are only one person it screams." Hah!

I think I finished each day last week with migraine and darkness. Breaks just don't seem to be enough. They would ease and I get back to work then another round.

Well on the upside I pushed the limits during the first weeks of the year. I did more than my 1000 words per day target.

I'm off for three solid days of R and R. I am keeping my fingers crossed that that will do the trick.

Hope I can stay away and return fresh. I swear WA and blogging is addictive.

I keep thinking I don't feel stressed. I enjoy what I do so much. My mind doesn't feel it but the body seems to get a different message.

Now For The Reward

I woke up to a message of 1 new WA referral today. That was the best news I could have received this morning.

I'm happy to share all I have learned with another WA member. I know I have benefited greatly from being here and I can't wait to see how well my referrals do.

Yes I'm going to get my hands in and provide guidance because I believe their success is my success.

Well I'll just be answering emails and some questions in the next few days but no working on my business.

I will leave you with a lesson I learned from Cassi, your foundation matters. Build yours well.

Congratulation on your referral! Get some much needed rest! Migraines can be very debilitating. My niece suffers from them. It helps when you lie down in a dark room and use cold compress on your forehead. Keep on keeping on!

Migraine can be so frustrating especially when you will on your computer for long hours!
Couple tips here
Avoid the sweets
Drink lots of water
Get enough sleep at night
Try to exercise daily( moderate)
Keep your room dark at night when you go to sleep
Cut down on the carbs
