Hello dear community of WA,

my question is can I move my free web site to my own domain after I upgrade from free account to Premium? Or shall I have to create a new one?<

The easiest way to transfer it is by FTP however if you don't want to do that then export your website from wealthy affiliate's and keep a copy of your media file. To put it on your new website and a WordPress site import content and replace any missing images. They often get lost in transfer

Thank you! Do I have an FTP access to my free .rubix site?

Many thanks!

You absolutely can! Through the training I have learned that Google will index your own domain much quicker than the site rubix subdomain! Hope this helps!

Ok, that is great! Thank you! And if I choose a Premium site should I pre-order a domain somewhere, or I can register it through the WA hosting as well? That was not clear for me, either.

You will have to first purchase the domain and then once you upgrade to premium, you can choose to move your site rubix site to your own domain. I would try go daddy they usually have domains for $.99. That's how much mine was for the first year. Hope his helps!

Oh, I see. So, WA does not provide its own hosting, does it?

Wordpress hosting is included with both the free and premium memberships :)

Hello everyone,

as far as I understand, the web sites to be created with WA are based on WordPress templates, which means there is no coding per se. But using the AdSense

The answers below are correct, however you don't necessarily need to download a plugin. You can add any piece of adsense code onto a page, post, or even widget (for your sidebar, etc.). If you need any help with this just let me know!

Thank you!

Hi Denis,
Base on my experience using Wordpress in WA, the answer is yes, you can placed adsense code in to your page. Personally, I have no experience using wordpress before and have no skill about html code etc. But, after learn here on WA, Now I am able to create my own site, including set up adsense on it, since we just need to copy paste these code on our page or widget. It seem simple now

Thank you, Fatkul!

You are using Wordpress so if I'm not mistaken you would need to download an Adsense plug in. Google has their own but there are some standalone as well!

Thank you!

No problem! I have experience with googles plug in and it is really plug and play but there isnt much customization. It literally finds the best place to place the ads and places them for you.
