Hello,

I have been trying to find the right ways to earn money for quite a while. There are tons of opportunities for business in Internet and in real world as well. But Internet presence is a must nowadays for any business that wants to be successful.

The first step is of cause a set up of a web site for a business. And there are a lot of way to accomplish the task. Either you design program it yourself, or hire a web-designer, or you just use one of millions of templates etc...

The content for the web site should also be not that problematic if your niche and your goal are clear.

But the most critical point is the promotion of the web site. The web site MUST be ranked in the Top 10 of Google (Yahoo, Baidu, Yandex... you name it)! Otherwise the chances of getting traffic are very very limited. No traffic, no income.

There are hundreds of millions or even billions of web sites in the world. And even inside your niche there will be more than hundreds of thousands. And they all want to be ranked in the Top 10. There are crowds of SEO experts who promise you the best results. But you surely must pay them a lot of money to be able to use their secret techniques.

But what if you don't have money and you yourself are not an expert in SEO?

So the most obvious question is, what are the chances to really hit the Top 10? In other words, what are the chances to earn money?

I own a small business in medical tourism and have a web page. O tried to promote it in Facebook, I tried to optimize it using the techniques from different tutorials. I payd the designer and programmer more than 1500 USD only to set the site up properly.

But at the moment my web site is not even in the Top 1000! And nobody visits it.

Will the WA give me some knowledge about how to handle this?
