Is my feedback request based on the templates or Website content?
Feedback is all about sharing opinions on the overall aesthetics of your site, how it flows, if it's easy to read, easy on the eyes, etc. Feedback and comments get confused easily, as comments are all about commenting on the content of the post. :)
Feedback is generally on your site as a whole. For specific blog posts, you are better off inviting Comments, as they will help your SEO.
you can request feedback on whatever you want...
the site design or specific content and whether it meets a need...

I would like to increase the size of my font on my website. please advise.

You should be able to change the size of our font going into the Wordpress back office -> appearance -> customize -> topography.
When changes like that are made it is good to do a browser refresh and a site refresh.

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS. Then, down in the CSS section, add (for example) p {font-size: 20px;} to change the paragraph font size to 20 pixels. Note the braces, colon and semi-colon. They are all essential.

I'm not sure what you are asking. SEO is something you work on as you build your site content. Are you following the lessons?

WA recommends the SEO framework.
However if you are already using AIOSEO, then you can carry on using. as perhaps you may want to have a new niche site, you may then use the SEO framework, save messing up site (Kyle's recommendation).
You may also see Kyle’s comment on below resource discussion thread Is seo framework a replacement for aioseo? Hope this helps.
This should be all covered in the Training; just do the Training. And for the videos; you can pause, rewind and fast forward; just hover the pointer over the video.
Also; do what the Video is explaining at the same time watching the video; if the video is explaining how to make a website. Do it at the same time.
