I want to update my Theme because there is an update available. However, there is a warning that if i made any changes to my " Theme Files" I would lose them. So that is what p
You would know if you made changes as you'd have had to do this in the code. Have you changed the code? If not then update. But before you update make sure to export your work. You can do this from your dashboard.

In practice, you should be updating your WordPress, themes and plugins whenever they are available. Updates are issued to fix any security flaws and bugs. Before you do update, make sure you have made a back up of your site. Here is a video from Kyle showing how to do it. How to Back Up Your Wordpress Site - Using Tools Export Your theme files contains everything needed for your theme to work. If you have not made any changes to the files from your Dashboard, Appearance, Editor, then you can ignore that warning message.

Did you write the reviews in the Site Comments or Site Feedback tools?
In these tools you give two to get one back. If you have given two and gotten credit then you need to request one back (paying two credits of course). It may take a little bit but typically not very long to receive your review.
