I didn't initially, as soon as my income reached a point where I thought I'd consider it, I made an appointment with an accountancy service. They advised me to wait until the threshold pushed me towards the personal 40% tax bracket here in the UK, and when it did I formed a Ltd. co. :) Rich.

From my searches online, it seems that some attorneys are suggesting waiting until income reaches near $ 100k or more. But some tax people are showing advantages with write offs. Basically, as an affiliate marketer, it's best to consult with a good CPA once your income becomes more fluent.
