Use The Tools You Have Within Wealthy Affiliate!
Hi, Everyone...
This is yet another short post for you today. Soon I will be able to stop adding this if I keep up with my effort to write more concise and focused articles maybe, hehe?
Today I just want to highlight one area of Wealthy Affiliate that I do not think people are leveraging as they could or should.
That is the "Follow Me On..." area of our profile pages.

Background
What inspired this post was a private message from a member who obviously did look at my links in that area...
He mentioned that he liked my YouTube Channel and had subscribed. He asked if I would follow him as well, and offered to have me look at a recently posted video that he had published.
On Facebook, one video membership site and group I follow has a separate sharing group, and people who publish videos view, like, make comments on, and subscribe to one another's channels and videos in that group.
This is not unlike a similar site that I have on Facebook where people who are not hosting their websites with SiteRubix can do the same for their blog posts. It can help with SEO and if you are not using that feature here, I highly recommend you do start using it.

How Else Do I Use The "Follow Me On" area of my profile?
Glad you asked! I also have my digital business card, my appointment calendar, a Pinterest-like site where we highlight some of the services, products, training, and materials that our company offers, our private support site, and of course a couple of websites.
You can and should be doing the same. When you send people to your profile page from other platforms, they can then see more of what you have as a business. Plus other people within Wealthy Affiliate can see and have a look.
Your online presence is important and having more points of potential contact for prospects is going to help your name and brand become well-known to others in your niche. I also recommend commenting on posts from well-known figures in your niche.
I do regularly and attempt to add value when I comment (I have some great backlinks as a result too). Another thing I do is share posts from their sites on my social accounts, and that includes ones from Wealthy Affiliate!
Believe it or not, these people notice that and they will bend over backwards to help you out when you need it (I have been the recipient of such help more than once since starting this online stuff).

What YOU Can Do For Me and I CAN DO For YOU...
Follow, subscribe, like, post a comment, on any of my platforms and I will do the same! That is easy and we all can do that for one another.
No harm, no foul, just looking out for fellow online marketers who have a common ground as members here within the Wealthy Affiliate platform.
I think the sharing of your YouTube channel and helping one another out is not going to break any rules, as we are all in a similar market segment and we can learn from one another, and help one another at the same time (by subscribing, liking, following one another, etc,)...
This goes for the other social media platforms as well...

Now that you are perhaps a little more aware of the power that the "Follow Me On" area can potentially have, I do look forward to seeing a lot of channels that I can like, comment on the videos for, and make comments on.

What a brilliant post and one I agree with the content of. These follow on areas are or can be potential door openers to areas that others may be more skilled in
As you say, there are plenty of brillaint business owners and we can all help each other out by simple likes, share and comments, all of it goes towards each other growing our own individual business

Yes, Dave, the follow-me tool is one that people are not leveraging and I think it's very helpful.
Another benefit of using the follow me button is, for people who are on the big giant's associates program(don't want to say the name because who knows who is watching paranoid I know lol) they can benefit because why should I go directly to the giant to purchase something when I can go through A WA member's link?
I did get disappointed the other day when I wanted to order something on the big giant. and I tried to search for a website here at WA, that I can use a link, I did not find any and I was in a hurry so that was that.
Anyway, that just my two cents, I mean since I can not use my own links, why not use somebody else's, I got nothing to lose
This is a really good point that you bring up Rose...That big platform we will not cite by name and the people that are promoting through their website can most certainly be helped by a situation as you had...
So agree about helping someone if it is at all possible, I too got nothing to lose! Enjoy your weekend and thanks for sharing this valuable tidbit!

I have spent time today in the SIte Health area where there are some amazing tools to see how your website is performing.
What members may not know is many of these are interactive. I had several mobile results that were poor, in the red. Just by having them scanned again I was able to get them into the yellow and in some cases green.
One can also check out other areas using Site Plus feature.
