Mentoring Support Group Formation Meeting - Fit Over 50

Hello For The Last Time Today Fellow Group Members (plus a big 'hi' to any other WA members who stop by)...

This is my last mentoring support group meeting for today. It is also the last group post overall for the members that have signed up so far.

I anticipate that we will continue to add groups as more people express an interest in joining the ones we already have or request new ones for subjects, niches, or market segments.

For this group, as with others, once everyone has added their answers to the questions I ask below, we will together discuss how best to meet the needs of all members and then get started with focused group activities.

Again as with many of the other formation posts and groups, I will serve temporarily as a group leader, passing the role on as things are ready to continue...I am going to lead four groups which is enough a load! : )

Right now, Catherine (kitkatskitchen) and myself have volunteered to hold an advisory role for the groups. In that position, we will help get groups to the productive stage for all members...

To let you know, in general we want to pull out the training right here within the platform that may apply, bring in other training that may be useful (and post it on the WA platform) plus help participants get more done, and of course, help each to start making some money...

(1) As with the last group there are currently 3 members who have banded together for this group. There is room for more members if they are interested.

(2) This will be an ongoing mentoring program, so if we get more members interested in joining this one or if we have enough for another group, we will form that additional group....
