Formation of Mentoring Support Group - Making Money Online
Hello, Group Members (and other members stopping in)...
This is my third and last formation post for a support group today...Only three more tomorrow and we will have this stage completed...
Of coursr, there is a LOT more work to get through before we start getting these groups underway and working, but we are closer with each step...a good thing.
For each group, we will start getting nailed down the main needs of each member, how they can work together and when, etc. .
As I stated with the other formation posts, remember that these groups are intended to help the members use the training found here and to assist getting participants in getting more tasks done and have them start making some money from their online efforts...
Remember also that there are a hundred ways to run a group...The most important thing is that they be effective and work for all members...
That is why I am having us go through these initial steps so all are clear on what they want and need, and how they will get this for their efforts...It will mean a clear path to success for members...
To date, this is what we have for this group...

MY NOTES:
(1) There is room for more members in this group. Once started, if we have enough interest, we can start more groups. The idea is that this will be an ongoing program that new members or members who may develop an interest will have a plave to come to to get into a group...

I am on the second course in the Certification and Phase 3 in the affiliate bootcamp

I believe in unified actions than being all alone. Moreover, new members need the experiences of the senior members. I've been tossed from one lesson to another without knowing which one is to do first, second and so on.

1. I procrastinate. I'm inconsistent with my learning and working on my website. I need an accountability partner to encourage and motivate me.
2. I've been making money online since 2006 but I'm not earning anywhere near my potential.
3. I need direction, motivation and money.
4. I skimmed through all the phases of Certification and the old Bootcamp without completing all the steps. I'm currently going through the new Bootcamp and completing the steps as I go along. I'm up to Bootcamp Phase 2, Lesson 4.
