Formation Of Mentoring Group - Personal Development
Hi Group Members (and also WA folks who may be stopping by)...
This is our formation post for the next Wealthy Affiliate (WA) mentoring and support group "Personal Development/Inner Growth."
As of now, this is the status of this latest group effort...
There are 4 members that signed up as follows:

MY NOTES:
(1) As with some of the other smaller groups, there is room for more members starting out. If you are looking to join this group (and we can easily create as many more as might be needed going forward) do so, please!
(2) If you want to join a group focusing on this niche just add your answers to the 8 questions below in the 'Your Next Step' section in the comment section...As we get enough members that have an interest, we will add another group...
Our Group
Group Leader...
I will start as the group leader, but only to get things organized and started. After that I will turn this over to one of the group members...
Group Members...
If you have not yet looked at my general guidelines for groups, please have a look through my past posts over the last 3 weeks...These will help you understand how successful groups operate and you will then know what to expect from the group...
Once members have added their answers to those questions, we will work together to get answers to the following items...
Our Outcomes For This Meeting:
- Everyone will know WHY the group is being formed...
- Everyone will know a little more about one another.
- Individual needs will be clear for all members...
- The group direction will be clear...
- Everyone will know how to communicate and operate within the group...
- There will be a meeting schedule for at least 3-4 weeks ahead...
- The exact training found within Wealthy Affiliate to be used is clear...
- All potential problems are resolved...
- Final group direction is shaped to best meet all members expectations...
Individual Member Outcomes:
Every member will be clear about the following matters:
- The reason WHY each member is joining.
- Just WHERE the group is going to focus activities.
- A plan on HOW each member will achieve their individual goals and also the group goals.
- Just what DATA will be used to MEASURE how the group is doing.
- The Group NORMS are clear.
- Group meeting schedule for 3-4 weeks ahead.
- The way the group will communicate and support one another.
- How group activities are recorded and then reported here on the WA platform...

I would love to join some of your groups, however I cannot guarantee the time to various components which means that I would be letting down the team. Also that means I am letting down myself.

Hello everyone. Hope you are all having a brilliant day. I'ts 1.32am here as I write this post so I'm going to type as fast as I can whilst maintaining my self-respect in the spelling zone!
So - to the questions....and more importantly....the answers...
(1) What Are Your Reason(s) For Joining This Group?.
Self-empowerment and personal development is why I'm here - not here at WA but here on planet earth right now. It is who I am and I have a powerful source within me that drives me forward. I believe I am an innate teacher and have been teaching as a profession for many years but realising that personal development always starts with the self.
(2) How Far Along Are You With Online Business?
I have a website up and running which is based on the law of attraction, NLP and positive thinking. The link to it is on my profile page.
(3) Name Your SINGLE Biggest Need At This Moment And Are There Others?...
Single biggest need at the moment is the time to spend writing and expanding my site. I would love to give up my day job and focus on this full time so I'm working on that at the minute. I think that it would be useful in this niche to have guest posts or at least links to different people's posts on my site to give authority to it.
(4) How Far Along Are You With The Provided Wealthy Affiliate Training?
I have almost completed course 4 in the main training area.
(5) What Kinds Of Skills Do You Have That Will Help The Group?.
I think I have a very positive outlook and general encouraging way. I have been trained as a life coach and mentor as well as being an NLP trainer too so I have a good knowledge of different aspects of personal development to draw on.
(6) How Can We Best Communicate Online With You?
Best way is through the WA platform, either in posts that I know to look out for, or personal message or profile page.
(7) Whate Are The Best Hours/Days For Working On Your Online Business?
I usually work in the evening (UK time) once my girls are in bed, usually from 9pm - 2am. i can also do Tuesdays and Thursday day times too sometimes.
(8) Is There Anything Else You Want To Have Addressed?
Can't think of anything really but my heads quite full!

Thanks for your detailed replies to the questions and I must say it is nice to have you here with us! I am going through each of the formation posts to catch up and will get the last three posts made...
I am sure it will take a few days to get all the members to stop by, that is the nature of our work here I think...Also thanks for the kind words...It is the initial start that is the hardest I think...I do not mind doing this at all....

Thanks Dave. I'm going to reply on the affiliate marketing blog tonight too (may be something similar to the above but don't tell anyone! :) Also, I think you have me down on the cryptocurrency group but although I've a vague interest in that, I'll probably just have to watch from afar on that one with everything else going on.
