I was looking at cuelinks to get further information on Cuelinks. Auyone use it? Wanted to register but when asked about my domain name it wouldn't let my use my faucetfixt
Hi David, it appears that clue links are an Indian based site for bloggers and publishers,
have you looked at the FAQ, it may be helpful for you,

If you can't register for an account it may be because you are using the Siterubix domain, commonly referred to as a subdomain. they may require you to have your own domain, eg
faucitfixtures.com or something similar.

No it's not allowed to promote here any product here, this is a learning platform free of promotions :-)
This might help you understand what is allowed or not: Spam is a NO NO!
You can promote on your independent websites vs the Wealthy Affiliate platform.
On WA platform it is NOT allowed, as it can considered self promotion.

I'm working through the affiliate bootcamp. But I'm frustrated, as I feel that I'm missing something. An interesting paragraph from the bootcamp:
"Making Money From
You have to have your affiliate ID. That means that you have to signup to an affiliate program, be accepted, get your personalized links for the product(s) and place that link in your review. When someone click on that link and buy from it, you get a commission.

Please immerse yourself in the training and be consistent and persistent as all that you are asking is embedded in it. Please do not bounce around and also complete all of your task at the end.

Hi, yes you sign up to Amazon associates and they will provide you with the links and codes to put on your site.
What-ever your niche is, google it with the word 'affiliate' and you will find hundreds of affiliate programs.
As long as you own your own domain most will accept you and provide you with all the tools you need.
Affiliate links have you unique affiliate code in them so the company can track you and know when you get them traffic/sales and they will pay you accordingly.

1. How does one determine if a product has an affiliate program?
Go to the manufacturer's website and look for an affiliate program link, usually at the bottom of the website page.
2. If it does, how does one make the product manufacturer or distributor aware that one is an affiliate ( and thus get paid ) ? Does one have to somehow "register"? if so, how is this process done?
Yes, you register for their affiliate program with the information they request.
3. Because Amazon ( I believe ) has an affiliate program, can one direct from one's site to those specific products sold on Amazon?
Yes! There are many trainings here at WA that can help you with that once you reach that point in the training.

Amazon is the largest affiliate program on earth and you can promote all of their products through an affilate link that they provide once you are approved by them. If someone goes to Amazon and buys anything you are paid a commission
There are a ton of affiliate programs out there that sell pretty much everything from hard goods to digital products to darn near everything ask. All you have to do is apply for each program to receive the affiliate link to the product that you want to sell
For the majority of affiliate programs you just apply with your basic information and your URL. The program then determines whether or not your site is a good fit
how far have you gotten in the training? Everything will be explained as you go through each course.
Affiliate programs and creating affiliate links will be in course 3. After all that course is titled Making Money :-)
