SEO Content Writing Tips
This post is written mainly for the benefit of those newer to the platform, who are asking about
SEO Content Writing Tips...
I have read a few posts recently, some of them from newer members who are following the training, but seem to be stuck for ideas for niches and will it be good enough for SEO
Some people are even considering changing niche.
So for what it is worth, and in the words of a famous celebrity I met earlier this year
"Here's what I think" based on my experience of having been where you are
You, like I did, came with an idea, a passion and thought I can earn money from that and excitedly started building a website
Then when it came or comes to content, well the ideas seem to dry up and your website health line is red and not getting any better, can you relate to that?
I certainly can
what to write, which subject?... So much training, where do I start
So this is the way I got round, and this is where it may help you
All of us, are bloggers, writers. We all have diferent interests and hobbies, some of which may include affiliate marketing.
One of my main hobbies, which I am passionate about is Football ( or at least it is in the UK where I am from)
SEO Content Tip 1
So, I created a football website, which contains my vast knowledge on everything football
Stats, goals, reviews of matches, you name it, I write about it.
For this site, I simply use Jaaxy for research, combined with a couple of very useful SEO plugins I have, both of which, have different benefits, and then add the content to it, for search engines to find it
SEO Content Tip 2
Equally, for a long time, I have also wanted to start ( and thanks to WA I have achieved that goal) a WordPress Training site again based on my experiences with WordPress and what I specifically use
SEO Content Tip 3
Currently because I have used WordPress from the start near enough, I also have developed a Web Freelance Website, which incorporates the work I have done here at Wealthy Affiliate and which includes reviews of Independent businesses I use, either locally, or we come across on our travels.
Those reviews go on this website and then that gets sent out to each business
The idea being is that they can then read reviews of other independent business, that they may not know about and at the same time, due to my web site structure, they can then see what I do specifically.
To help promote this, I sometimes go to
Networking Events,
Visit the local farmers market where I live twice a week,
Go through the local paper
Now all these ideas, provide me with
SEO Content Writing Ideas
Which depending on the topic or subject, goes on the relevant website
As a result of this strategy, approach, call it what you will, but the aforementioned sites, have all gone from a red bar and are now working their way through the yellow bar in site health
Organic traffic, has increased quite a bit, especially from Google and Bing
I get enquiries from local businesses and how these arrive is like this.
When I visit them, I always strike up a conversation ( which drives my lovely wife nuts sometimes!!) about how their business is going and I show a lot of Interest in them and then become interesting to them, through relating my experiences
Again its just another way of picking up some SEO content ideas
Without fail I always either ask for a business card, or pick one up
usually the business card has a website, or facebook page on it and no disrespect to othes here that have facebook pages, but a lot of independent business owners, have zero idea about facebook marketing and as a result of this, you can then pitch some ideas to them, from the Interested angle
Finally I have a website specifically for WA, which the way I promote WA and is built following the training here, which is a journal of my journey to WA together with the ventures I was with and why I am not anymore
I make full use of the site, footers, sidebars and so on. My other sites are also linked into this as well
This blog gets returned to those who pitch me with ideas, together with the strap line
"Is Your Business Opportunity Reviewed here?"
If its not I make a not to review it
I'm not saying that this is the way you have to do content, its just a way I found works for me and so far, judging by my site health stats and business enquiries, it seems to be working and the content ideas just naturally flow which is awesome
So this post has been written specifically for those that asked that question, to provide you with some ideas
What is certain is that the online entrepreneurs training here very definitely works and that has been applied across all my sites, in different structures
While the Affiliate Bootcamp works equally well and I have or will be applying an idea I picked up to my web freelance website as well, because I was asked at a recent event
"Who have you worked with"
My answer was short and confident
Oh I have worked with a USA Top 500 Company ( I have)
and I currently work with the largest online retailer ( Amazon, in case you didn't know!!)
Both of those companies badges and / or logos will be featuring on my web freelance website
Saying this, gets you instant credibility and without fail guarantees you a further conversation
Not said to boast or bragg, but to inspire
Because...
Applied education is the difference
Try some of. maybe all of these tips and see how you get on, but you will nver be stuck for content ever again
In terms of Online Social Networking... Well I use YouTube and Twitter mainly.

Great post, Dave. Thanks for sharing. The offline world can be a constant source of new content ideas.
An online tip is to visit competitor websites and see what topics they are covering. Or visit Google trends and check if any related topics are trending up.
