An Attraction Strategy
This post is written having watched the 7 Brilliant Traffic Strategies webinar with Jay Neill
The webinar was excellent as all Jays Webinars are : )
Having watched it, I decided to implement a couple of the strategies, on a couple of websites and see what the results were
Quora
Was one of the sites mentioned and as I have a Quora Profile, decided to try the strategy on there, by answering questions, specifically related to some of the topics I know a bit about
I should add, at this point, that I made sure my profile there reflected what I do EG:Wealthy Affiliate
The results were good, by answering a few questions ( I set my daily limit at 5 initially), I then got more notofications from Quora of subjects that I might be able to help in or with
That then led on to people contacting me directly wanting to know more
I have tried the same strategy on APsense another Business Social Network, where I have had a profile and following since 2013, which is when I believe it started
APsense, I have to admit to being a little confused about it when I first joined it, but having delved deeper into it now, can see the value in it
Again, I have adjusted my profile and business centre there to reflect WA and just by answering questions and responding to questions, I have attracted Associate Requests
From those Associate Requests, I have then given out my blog, which as it builds out, ontains more in depth answers and reviews on certain subjects. At the same time, I have also invited the associate to look further at WA and had one fellow member jumping at the bit to join, only to find that his country was on the excluded list!... DOH!!
This same strategy has been tried in one other place, with equally as good results
But the point of this post is this
By giving out your blog, to those who are interested in what you do and inviting them to read it,
you potentially get a sign up for Wealthy Affiliate
Having a good well constructed blog, with Internal links for continuity, means they stay on the blog longer, which in turn improves your google ranking
You, Eliminate any need for recruiting, because you are attracting by default, those people who will really benefit from Wealthy Affiliate, so you effectively become the hunted, not the hunter
It works brilliantly

Attraction marketing! Love that. Actually, that was the search term I was researching for when coming across WA.
Thanks for the tips on Quora and APsense. Will watch Jay's webinar now.
Oh yes.. and then do my taxes ha!
Cheers for your article, Dave, resonates with me a lot. Magic, that is!
Have a great day

Dave, thanks for this update on Jay's "7 Brilliant Traffic Strategies" which I haven't seen yet.
Is this a Live seminar that can "stand alone", or will it be best for me to first watch Jay's previous Traffic-related tutorials?
There you go Kaju 7 Brilliant Traffic Strategies You Must Know in 2018 Thanks for commenting as well, I appreciate that and was forgetting my manners : 0
Depends on where you are in terms of those Kaju I guess. I usually go through them in a logical order so they makes sense, which I am sure is what you will do. Ultimately, we apply all or most of them anyway : )

Hey dave, I have three questions for you. One, when you said attraction requests what do you mean and is signing up on APsense.com a big part of that?
Two, does signing up with APsense.com increase my chances of getting possible referrals or getting people on their interested in my website blog posts?
Is anyone on APsense.com interested in my niche?
Rod, thanks for the questions, let me ansewer them.
ApSense is a business social network, which gives you a platform, to showcase your brand, through content and answering questions
It will connect you with likeminded people, most of who are looking for THAT opportunity, which we have ands so yes you can attract them, through knowledge for sure
The last part, it is full of people within everyones niche and has been good to me since I started networking there years ago. I chose it, because I didn't like the spammy nature of facebook, and it was a platform, which lets you showcase content and knowledge, to those I wanted to get connected with
Does that help
Indeed it does Dave. Now that you mention it, you bring up a good point about Facebook. There is a lot of spammy-ness going on there like when I do a post, I feel like I'm getting through to some of the gamers in my gaming groups and those in my social circle in general but I feel like my content isn't really getting the "head turn" that I expect.
I feel like it should be a smaller group so I can get my point across so thanks for the info in your post because I will be making an account with APsense.
Cool glad it helped. I'm not decrying facebook, what I am saying is that most who use it have no idea how to market properly unlike this community who very much do
Agreed Dave. I see all kinds of things on Facebook; sometimes its people trying too hard to market items and things of mediocrity.
