I've got a notification that someone left a comment on a post but I can't see the comment anywhere. How do I view it?

You probably have to approve it first. Look up on the top bar of your website when you are signed in and you will see a number and a comment box. Click on that and it will take you to the comment section.
Figured it out. It was a pingback because I left a link to my own page from the post. Bit confusing but got there in the end. Thanks for your help.

I've got 3 websites with WA, I've just started adding affiliate links to them. Do I need to set up a separate account for each site or doesn't it matter?
Yes, if I just stick the WA banners in my sites, do WA know they came from me? I'm going through the affiliate boot camp videos now so I expect it'll be in there somewhere.

I've had some people register with my site. How do I send a 'welcome' email to them all at the same time? I'm using the Atmail thingy
Atmail is basic and quite limited.
Most of us use mail forwarding instead. You don't need to have an atmail account at all to have your domain emails forwarded to your Gmail or to any preferred email client.
Kyle explains how to set up forwards: Creating Email Accounts & Email Forwards for Your Website Below is training on how to set up Gmail to send and receiving domain email Send & Receive Domain Email via Gmail - Updated 2015 Loes has done some training on how to use Atmail - not sure if it includes sending bulk replies: How to use atmail 1 ~Jude

I logged on to my webpage and there are 5 names I don't recognise I. What is role 3?
Never heard of role 3 before. I know you can shut off the feature that allows people to register as a user for your website by going to dashboard > settings > discussion. Uncheck the box marked "Users must be registered and logged in to comment " Make sure you save your settings.
You can then go into your dashboard > users and delete the members that you do not want there.
Thanks, man. I'm wondering if somebody has visited the site, tried to leave a comment and somehow it's gone wrong? Anyway, the site looks okay so I'll try not to worry about. Thanks for the help.
