A Thousand Thanks

Hi WAmily (sorry, now I'm at it too!)

I had a completely different blog post in mind for today but something has just caught my eye so the planned blog post will have to wait until tomorrow. (Yeah I know the suspense is killing you...)

The thing that caught my eye when I logged in was that I have just got my 1000th follower here at WA. Now I know that compared to some of the members here, a network of 1000 is fairly small beer - but I have to say it means a lot to me!

As I have mentioned in the past, I am not one to just follow every single person I come into contact with or every new premium member that joins. I don't want to build a huge network just to have a large stat beside my name.

I have a policy of following people that I feel add value to my WA experience by offering help, advice, support and interesting content. If I haven't followed you yet by the way - it doesn't mean that I don't rate your valuable contributions - it just means I haven't discovered them yet.

I have been a WA member for nearly 9 months and met some wonderful people and made some amazing friends. I have also discovered a fabulously supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurs, working to build a business. I rarely go a day without discovering another amazing member that I haven't followed and I enjoy your contributions enormously.

To think that in the space of 9 months, 1000 people here have come into contact with me or my content and decided that they liked what they see enough to hit the follow button is very humbling, and I want to say a big "Thank You" to every single one of my followers.

Let's all continue to work hard and support each other!
