When on your site dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Customize. Once there, look for Site Identity. Make your changes and click Publish to save your settings.

That is a good goal to set for yourself. But be able to handle the sadness that comes with delayed indexing.

Google ranks posts, rather than websites, so yes, you do want them to rank. But don't make yourself crazy if something doesn't get indexed for a while. Just keep working on new posts with great content, and the indexing will follow. Google marches to the beat of their own drum, and can sometimes take forever to index.

Once you publish your post, follow the SEO steps as mentioned in numerous WA trainings including "fetch as google". This is like phoning google and saying "hey, have a look at the post I just published".

Basically it means Google knows about your page/post and it will now show up in search results. That's not the same as ranking which is all about what position your page or post lands in when searching for a particular term.

It means that you site has been added to the Google database ... So, when somebody will perform a search for your keyword(s), your post will appear in the search results displayed for that particular keyword ... According to your rank ,,,

It means Google has added your page/post to their index
