I use simply sociable and it does fine. Others may have better suggestions but I am happy so far.

There are many plugins out there for "social" that you can use, it is a matter of taste.

I personally use the Tweet, Like, G+ & Share plugin because of its simplicity and the fact that it gets high share rates without distracting people away from my content: Setting Up Social Plugins on Your Website - Tweet, Like, Google +1 and Share

I do not use that one but there are many and thyey work well. Personal choice. I use "Feather".

I tried using it at one time but found the Super Socializer a better option. I think Simply Sociable did an OK job but to my knowledge there are better options.. I am not expert though.

Messages to new referrals This one you have to attend to directly, but the next one will get your automate message if you fill all in

Go to your my referrals page and scroll right to messages, there are different messages that you can fill out that will be automatically delivered

Everybody has an affiliate link. If you got to https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/share/messages you will see the messages you are able to send in a list like the first attached image. You have 5 to choose from. The first message "upon joining" will be sent to your referral 60 minutes after they join. In order to make sure you use their first name, There is a variable to introduce where you would naturally put their name. For example; Hello {firstname} my name is Darren.... and anywhere you want to use their name (even though you don't know it ) you apply the variable {firstname} The autoresponder will automatically apply whatever name they have filled out on the sign up page. Nothin to it. Any questions?

You can send automatic responses to new members via the 'WA Affiliate Program' link to your left near the bottom or click this link to open it https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/share

- If you look at the very top of the page the second from the right says 'Messages'.

Click it and it will take you to all the messages that can be automatically sent out to your new sign up's.

You can edit all these messages to say what you want them to say.

Hey, well when they join you can simply go to their WA space and type up your very own personal message to them greeting and welcoming them to the community, most members have auto responses though which they get from Aweber. You can also just type up a couple of responses for newcoming members and edit the name each time and save those specific responses so that when someone signs up under you, you can just copy and paste one of the responses, but usually auto generated responses are a lot better. Hope this helps :)

All of the answers below were good ones but I also want to add, that when you share on Facebook do it from within Facebook, not by way of the social share button, because you will have a better way of posting it. How?

You could either attach your link to a relevant photo and write something catchy and most importantly, you can share your posts "Public" and not to just your Facebook friends. Always share Public!

Watch it with promotions on Facebook. You can turn off a lot of people that way.

There are so many groups type in the FB search- work at home, work at home moms, work at home opportunity etc. they are groups where people post about all work at home opportunities. I post sometimes and people do seem to click my link and look.

Ask a question in your facebook post, like as, can you tell me what you think of affiliate markething? Or If you want to know more, please leave a comment... and share also funny things to build up some familiarity

Facebook is tough. I have a page with almost 1000 fans and I don't get too many comments on my posts. Some get a few, but for the most part they just get some likes. I do get traffic from facebook, though.
