I have learned that we don't just go through a situation, we get to grow through a situation.
It has been a day of growth.
You are capable of achieving anything you put your mind too, do not compare yourselves to others, this is your journey.

I've been here nearly 5 years Darren and I've grown more recently than I have done for a long time.
It's just a matter of getting yourself in the right mindset, finding the right things to do and getting on and doing it.
