Hi WAers,

I have been monitoring my index in Webmaster Console but it has been showing 0 for the past 2 months but some of my pages were listed in google. Am I missing so

Make sure you have a sitemap and more importantly keep creating new posts. If Google sees very little to none activity they check your site less and less often.

Hey Bro,

Thanks for dropping by. Yes, I had my sitemap loaded.
I will continue to create new post. Thanks

It usually doesn't take 2 months - mine took 8 days

true!
I think fetching helps to get it indexed faster.

Yup, I had already done fetching those pages to google index. Thanks guys for the quick answer.

Keep at it bro ;)

Have you also tried to fetch your posts manually?

Hi Loes, yes I did.

And your sitemap is uploaded correctly?

Yes, it has been uploaded. I will just wait till it get indexed.

Is it indexed for you yet?

No it is still not showing in the Webmaster Tool but I believe google had those indexed. It is just not showing on the index page. I wonder why..

I am also feeling down about this - and nobody can give a satisfactory answer...

I have the same problem, so I'm hoping you get some good answers!

Hi WAers,

I have made some changes to the link and updates to my existing post. Will google or bing re-indexed my post and re-ranking after I update the post? I noticed t

Google bots do re-check your content constantly. SEO experts like Brian Dean from Backlinco encourage updating your older content so it stays relevant.

I would manually add the URL to both Google and Bing in the webmaster consoles ;-)

i agree :-))

Posts are continually re-indexed and rearranged in the ranking system so it is an ongoing process anyway. You can manually highlight to Google that you have made changes using the Webmaster Tools Console but it will happen anyway.

The ranking in google is not about links, but yes about keywords, so if you didnt change your keywords, your ranking will be the same

Thanks for your answer. I did not change the keyword. It is strange that I couldn't find my post anymore in google..
