I have written my content and am trying to get my headings lines up but my content doesn't show up under my heading "About Darla". I have re=read the content and menu training
I did those things and refreshed by website and still no luck. I am at wit's end! Kyle promised to take a look and get back to me, but so far no response. Thanks for your help.
Hi Darla;
If you have created your about me (Darla) page content and published it. You just need to go to your website dashboard. On the side toolbar of the dashboard there should be a heading called appearance click that then select menus.
Once that is done the menu page will open, and you should be able to choose between 4 drop down menus (pages, posts, custom links, categories).
Now whether you published your about me page as a post or page, this will determine what drop down list to select, then scroll down and tick the About me (Darla) page and click add to menu.
Once this is done you should be able to see it in the menu structure box. and then you can view your website and it should be on the website listed on the menu. With the content published under the page/post when selected from the menu.

Kyle has on 24/10/17 published a training on how to setup a Custom Menu but idk your gone through it or not? Anyway here is the link Creating Custom Menus on Your Website

My website looks nothing like your and I am unable to add menus. My site only allows 1 menu and more widgets but I just don't seem to be able to get anything to work. Can you

We were hung up on that too and as Kyle says in the training WordPress menus can be strange! (as in extremely frustrating!)
The advice we rec'd was to go with a simpler theme and just get the basics of WordPress under our 'belts' and then move on to a fancier theme
Just food for thought... we went with Twenty Seventeen which isn't as pretty as yours but we put priority on skill building in the beginning!
