One you go premium can you not go back to non-premium membership? I tried to do it and it said I will lose all my websites from WA hostings. So you have to stay premium forever
No, you can not go back to Free membership, Hung.
If you cancel your membership you will have to reapply and start over.
Did you buy the domain? If so, that is yours and you will be able to access it even if you are not a member but you can do nothing with it here at WA.
You can export your whole site and then import it again after you sign up again. You can PM me if you need help with this.

I have about 7-8 plugins right now on my site and it's suggested to have fewer than 5? I need all my plugins, if I remove one, the website doesn't work properly. So how is it p
I have several of them also but I switch my off when I am not using them and it seems to help
Well then you may try like Fleeky suggested and see if you can find some that have multiple uses
