Blogging and Parenting
Yesterday I wrote an article on my Home Organizing website that also applies to blogging. In it I outline 5 tips on how to organize with kids (aka: keeping them distracted so you can work in peace). Good idea for a blog. I'm sure all of us with kids could appreciate feedback and ideas. I find myself doing a lot of online work late at night when the kids are asleep but it sure takes away from sleep hours.
With 5 kids I definitely need my sleep! I've been staying up late the past couple of nights and am definitely feeling it. I just sent my 3 year old to Grandma's for the week, hoping I can be productive while he's away :-D

Another good article. I too am an organizer and once thought of starting a business helping people get organized. I actually had a few people all lined up and excited and willing to pay me then they backed out. Their excuse: I don't want you to see what a mess my house is. Well duh. If your looking for an organizer you obviously have a mess that needs to be organized and cleaned up. I wouldn't be there to judge you but to help you. I am perfectly capable of being a professional. Needless to say I never had the time or money to quit my job or cut back on it to build a business. This business will change my life in so many ways. Looks like you're finding success already. Good for you. Hard work pays off.
ugh, that's frustrating! The hard work does pay off I'm seeing, and it's so motivating that all I want to do today is write! But, grocery shopping house work, etc. I'll be working n it this evening after we watch our DVR'ed Walking Dead and maybe Downton Abbey! Distractions are everywhere, lol.
