How can i build a sign up page for my Subscribers to sign in on when they click on my website or is that not possible.

Are you looking to collect their email addresses or are you asking about a membership site that requires them to sign in to gain access to content?
I currently use a plugin called Email Subscribers & Newsletters. It comes with a widget to collect names and email addresses. I can then send newsletters or even have it automatically send an email alerting my subscribers when new posts are published.
I’m packing a look at MailPoet 3 as it adds the ability to setup autoresponder but I haven messed with it yet.
