1. Wash chicken in cool water
2. Season and spice to taste
3. Put into preheated oven at 325 degrees
4. Go on Facebook

Knowing my brother, he will debone it and try to salvage parts of it. Notice there are some brown areas on it LOL!

BAHAHAHAHA -that is toooo funny! Poor Dude. I kinda feel sorry for him. I did something similar. I put some ham bits in a pot to brown them up for my greens. Then I got a phone call........ Fortunately I had more ham bits and could start over, lol.
