First Post in Nearly a Year
Because this is one of the tasks of the Super Affiliate Challenge, I have returned to the blogging section of WA. My last post reflected the feedback I was getting about posting on the Platform, to which I could see others' points about doing so and not putting the time into my campaigns instead. Posting will be about my progress and limited to this.
Truly a Series of Challenges
We are half way through February now and it has been a slow start. At the start of the month came a barrage of life getting in the way. Things have been quiet - until it was time to start the Challenge, and has been as if like a magnet, it seems to have brought on this slam
I have a brother who has been holding in secret his diagnosis of emphysema. News of this leaked out to the family, which has brought relief to me for being the one who drove him away from the family - but turned out to be his own doing. However, this put me through hell during the first week being blamed for having apparently said something to him that caused him to shut out the entire family. No more about this need be said except we know what family issues can do in the way of interference.
This month also came with pressure to get my motorcycle fixed because I now live in a remote area. This entailed having to borrow money to purchase an engine off eBay, receive it (damaged in freight,) repairing this damage and installing the engine. I then dealt with oil leaks which needed to be corrected. Consequently, I had to go to work on construction projects to work off the debt for the acquisition of the engine. The above has been taking up the lion's share of my time and being out of shape, the construction work knocks me out for the rest of the day. It has been difficult to get much of anything done. The labour work will end in a few days, probably early next week.
Work Done So Far
However, in spite of this, I have managed to reorganize my website, update its appearance, rebuild the menu system, update some of the most important articles on it, do some of the keyword research for the 50 minimum keywords to be used in my articles.
I found broken places in the website and broken links. I have been fixing those. I have not started any articles for this month, but the outlook for the rest of this month looks good, as I will be out of town with my sister who is visiting her daughter in Winter Garden FL, which is northeast of Temple Terrace where I live. This outing will give me some quiet time to get some articles up. It's just being with my sister for about a week. There will be no special trips, etc. There is certainly much work to do to the website. It has dated content on it which need updating.
These are the most important things - About Me, funnel page and select others. I will be creating two important guides on the website, which now has its own menu item. One menu item went to the footer and two were combined into one. I have yet to determine what other major category should go into the website's menu system. I have ticked about half of the tasks off as being done, so in that regard, I'm in line, but insofar as the work involved, not quite there yet.
Going Forward
Due to the nature of the Guides, it is rather difficult finding keywords for some of the proposed articles. I will of course, be reverting back to reviews, but mine will be much different than those one normally finds as I will be approaching digital products from a completely different perspective than is usually done - at least throughout the majority of the individual articles. The articles will tie in with the Guides.
Subsequent postings will be much shorter than this one and will deal directly with the progress of my online business in the weekly blogs we are to be posting during the Challenge. Once I complete the keyword research, I will have the full picture on building out the new category. I will of course, be putting out articles, even before the keyword research is completed as I do have some on Jaaxy in line for use.

Daniel, I have not been here for a while and basically, I have to start over with going thru boot camp. Glad to see still at it.
I had a pretty long recess from my online work. I found it very necessary to eliminate quite a number of things that were pulling me away from my work. I still have a residue of such distraction but it has been greatly reduced. My current income (including cumulative online income) does not afford me the luxury of not having to work outside of my chosen occupation, and this alone can wipe out days. It is 2:50 am. I was so exhausted by the manual labour yesterday that I took a shower when I came home and went right to bed, having awoken almost two hours ago, doing what I normally do evenings. I am not out of the woods but I will work around it nonetheless.

Do you have an ice cream shoppe? It seems to be a passion of yours :) My all-time favourite is strawberry ice cream. Next to that is vanilla. Not so much for most any other flavour, including chocolate, but when we were young, we were given a half gallon of Napoleon ice cream. As you probably know, that is made up of these three flavours.
Nice to see you getting back to your website, once you get to work and thing are coming together other problems will seem smaller as you are concentrating your website.

Writing is not a new thing for me, but writing better is no doubt. My biggest challenge in all this isn't so much the writing of the articles but finding keywords for some of them.
Sounds like the challenge has reignited the fire Daniel. I have just been looking at my inbox, filled with the daily offerings of digital products, there is a lot of sameness, so coming from a different perspective may just be the key. Keep us up to date with your progress.
Some of these people are shrewd. They have categories for swipe files, one with pre-written emails designed to cool it on the hype and focus on assurance, in fact, this is exactly what this category is called - "Assurance Swipes." The emails do just that. The claim to be against all the stuff that makes for false advertising - and then they scam the unwary with these swipes. It's bad. It's one of the things I look for.
I will get past the stuff holding me back right now. I just got home from a hard day of heavy-duty construction labour and I'm tuckered. It's a shower and then probably become so relaxed that next stop is La-La-Land. It's just a bathroom so it will be completed very soon.
Yeah. I know. It seems like last week the new year. In the middle of February already. Winter is over here in Florida. The leaves are coming out and the humidity will be returning soon, along with the rain season. Time is kicking butt.

It's great to hear from you again Daniel. Life often gets in the way so it's up to us to do what we can when we can.
After the working off the debt (insofar as the current project goes) I will be turning my attention to the remainder of the month in putting out my planned articles, beyond the set minimum if I can help it. The motorcycle has more work to be done on it but all aspects of the engine are completed, except the returning of the funds given to me to get it. With hopes next month, I will gain momentum in the updating and building out of my WA campaign.
