Not sure that I have got this right, when you were on the edit page, you then selected where you wanted it to go assumed that you pressed add media, selected your photograph, when it was displayed, should have gone to the page you were editing.
So am a little lost, as to the reason unless you caught the wrong key or button by mistake.

I have an idea for a post that will actually work on 2 of my sites. What's the thought on cross posting? Is it a good idea?

You can write about the same topic and cross promote.
Write two different posts so that it won't be considered duplicate content my Friend.

I got my photo uploaded & cropped, but it's still huge. How do I get to the box that I can change the size? I may go back & watch @kyle 's awesome training video aga
Hi there,
If its the featured image photo your talking about, then you can change the scale by editing it from the bottom right had side of each post.
If the photo is still huge after that then it is the theme that you have chosen. Some themes will fill the screen with a photo so the size you choose wont make any difference.
Try a few different themes and see if it changes.
This is a great tool for creating photos and logo.

Yes you can develop your 2nd and even a 3rd website anytime Danell, Do make sure that you are ready my Friend as there is a lot involved with one website.

Of course you can but if you are still new to this I would concentrate on just the 1 for now as it could get a little overwhelming.
