Remembering Your Reason Why

I just wanted to share with you an experience I had Christmas Day and why it was important to me.

It enabled me to remember my reason why, as I thiink I got of track a little in the last month or so.

It all started with a rocky relationship with my Girlfriend which lead to her breaking it of a few days before Christmas after 18 months.

Unfortunetaly she wanted it all her own way and for me to conform to here dreams which I didn't want to do.

She never understood the work from home concept and my entrepenural instinct and why I never had a job.

I run my websites, sell online and I also have a recruitment business I do from home, I do ok after rebiulding from a marriage seperation that cost me my original businesses 3 years ago I have worked hard to rebiuld.

No Hard Feelings

I respect how she feels and I also understand BUT there is NO WAY I will be side tracked from what I want to achieve and she was doing that by trying to change my path to suit hers with, I might add the best intentions with how she sees her own success path in a corperate role.

It is most unfortunate and yes I'm sad in parts about it but I I have an objective and I need to remain postive in pursuing that objective.

Christmas Day

Christmas day was just me and my boys at home before going on to see the rest of my family in the evening.

Their mother who emigrated to America earlier this year couldn't come over to see them so I hoped they would be ok on the day.

It is rare for my eldest Andrew to come out with us anywhare as he works nights so it was very special to be able to take all three of my boys to my friends bar and have our first beer together well at least with the eldest two! Brandon who's 13 had juice! ha ha

We played pool and laughed and joked and my friend took a photo.

The Photo

This photo right there spoke a thousand words to me as this is not just a photo, this is me with my boys and not until I got home and looked closer at it, did I realise AND remember My reason Why.

I want to provide us with a better life, one that we were used to when their Mum was around, I let someone try and influence me into a different way and while it was done with good intentions and love it created negativety for me.

Christmas day and our visit to my Friends Bar helped to re-focus me and remind me that I have all that I need in this one photo.

I am grateful for what I have and now I can move on and biuld on it with positivety and motivation.

Staying Positive

There are many things that can effect our positive focus and one that is common comes from those who love us.

Stay focused on your goals

Remember Your reason Why

Be Grateful for what you have first or you will NOT grow

Remove negativety - Sometimes it is better to biuld in silence before announcing to your circle what you are doing as those who love us want to protect us but if they do not understand, how can they speak from experience?

Please do not judge me as being harsh over the end of my relationship, I never ended it but I was happy it ended for the reasons I've explained.

Of course there were other factors but the main reason is you cannot fit into another persons plans if they are not willing to understand YOUR goals and dreams as it works both ways.

I see the negative of getting dumped a few days before Christmas as a Positive especially as its the second time in 3 years! :)
