Kyle and WA support - thankyou
Yesterday I had a problem logging into my Jaaxy account and I enjoyed having a few laughs with fellow members about it, itvwas no. If deal.
Kyle commented on my post requesting I pm him my log in details that could not be recognised on the log in page.
Within a few hours of sending that message my log in details were updated and I'm back in.
How many co-founders of successful website communities can you count who are so hands on?
I for one and I'm not alone here want to say a big thankyou to Kyle and Carson for their hands on approach.
This is a very good reason as to why WA so successful and don't get me started on you wonderful lot - the WA community! Whatvan awesome bunch of likeminded people we are!

That's great Darren,
Kyle left a comment on my blog post today also and I said the same thing, how hands on he and Carson are.
They are so busy giving us the best service and the fee isn't that high, and doesn't even go up at all.
I agree about the community here also it's the best!
Hi Patsy
Hope your ok!
Another example to justify the support we get !
Yes the fee is not bad at all considering all the support, forums and knowledge we have access to and not to mention website hosting and all updates and access to 1000's of plug ins.
If your running a business you have to expect overheads however the monthly fee is also an investment in yourself due to the resources at our finger tips.
I'm fine thanks.
I had a couple of different blog posts today.
Kyle left a comment on my blog post referring to how my website was still http:// and not https:// at Bing/Yahoo.
He said it will eventually get redirected but will take a while with Bing. I wasn't getting indexed results properly except for 2 posts and this may be why.
I never thought about overhead fees and of course many others. We have it all covered here, we are spoiled :D
I forget about bing and yahoo!
I'll have to get my 2nd site indexed on them. I always use google for my searches and never think about the other search engines lol.
The overhead fees are a lot less than when I had shopsand a bistro to run!
Bing and Yahoo are together.
I hadn't checked in a couple of months because of the strange results but now I've submitted it all 'Bing/Yahoos' way and hope it's all good.
I'll leave you the link to the post for more info.
With Google we initially submit a sitemap. With Bing/Yahoo it's a sitemap AND they want each URL submitted individually. I had no idea about submitting them individually.
Not everything is covered in the lessons just the basics. Bing & Yahoo - Must Submit URLs Individually This is the 2nd one from today, the one Kyle left a comment on about Bing: Still Updating Information Since Changing From Http: to Https:
I agree the support here is phenomenal!! I've gotten several personal comments from Kyle and to know he actually cares about you makes it even more special. How many other companies founders will send you a personal message? Not many at all!!!
That is so cool. What's even cooler is they have been doing this for I believe 12 years and have always been just as helpful and involved. They totally are genuine and let's face it. If we do well then so do they. It's obvious they love what they are doing. Kudos to them
Yes I believe it is going on for 12 years if not longer. I totally agree with you they are genuine and know how to look after us.
