So I've been trying to use Affiliate Links to link to different posts and success stories here at WA within Pinterest. However, I'm noticing that I can post links for my websit
Yes, Pinterest and Google+ see WA affiliate links as spam. I would try to just share the link itself in favor of the affiliate and it should at least get the post on the sites.
Yeah definitely, if it's one of my links or my trainings I should get the affiliate credit for it anyway if someone signs up.
Thanks!

Hey Dalton,
Twitter is the only social media platform that freely allows affiliate links.
The following tutorial may offer you a workaround: Affiliate Links Get Blocked Hope you find this helpful.
I tried using bit.ly to hide it and PrettyLink. Neither worked. I'll check out the link you shared. Thanks!
Yes. Pinterest does not allow you to post any links from WA, even if it is not an affiliate link. They consider all links from WA to be spam.

Anyone having issues with pinterest allowing wa links?

Yeah, Pinterest isn't too fond of MOO programs, especially if you have just started pinning things. If you were already well established with Pinterest, things might be different. Also make sure that you don't shorten affiliate links on Pinterest - they really don't like that!

I am essentially trying to build out a short list at the top of my page that delineates subcategories within my post. When you click on a particular topic it jumps directly to
This video should help Anchor Text, Jump Link, Link to Content on the Same Page, FAQ Links
Greatly Appreciated! Wrote a really long winded post and trying to make it so that people can focus on what they are interested in.

Create a link. Open a document, spreadsheet, or presentation. Click where you want the link, or highlight the text that you want to link. Click Insert Link. In the "Text" field, type the text you want to be linked. In the "Link" field, enter a URL or email address, or search for a website. Click Apply.
Thanks for the response!
I am familiar with the general linking process to my own posts and outside URLs. My question is more along the lines of linking within a particular post.
Say I have a Table of Contents and items 1, 2, 3, 4 in the following fashion:
1. Introduction
2. Body 1
3. Body 2
4. Conclusion
Now say I have headers throughout my post (same post).
Header 1: Introduction
Content goes here.
Header 2: Body 1
Content goes here.
and so on...
How do I make it so that when I click on say Body 1 in the Table of Contents it causes the user to automatically scroll to that header within the post?
Does that make more sense?
Sorry if I'm being confusing it's a bit of an abstract concept.

Hi folks, just a statistic I'm sort of interested in.
Here at WA under your stats you can see how many raw, unique, and content clicks you have... in addition to that, y
Raw Clicks is a metric you should not track because it tracks every click, even the ones you make on your own WA content.
Unique Clicks is the only metric worth tracking to determine the results you are looking for. Learn more at the link below. What Your WA Affiliate Program Stats Mean
Whoops yeah. That was a typo towards the end. I intended to say unique clicks! These numbers usually match on my end which I believe means I avoid clicking my own content.
Thanks for the resource!
Awesome to know! I was hoping it wasn't supposed to be lower. And I'm also glad I'm not closer to 10,000:1 :).
Thanks for the words of encouragement!

Hi everyone,
I'm humbling myself a bit here and asking for help. I have been on quite the hiatus. I bought and remodeled a condo so I have neglected both of my websites
Hi, there! ,
I am the perfect person to answer your inquiry.
I created a website and I haven't published any content on it for months. Literally, for 4-5 months or even more. There is only one thing you have to do:
Try to publish 3 new posts each week. Keep that for 2-3-4 months and you will see that you will start to get ranked again. I've done it and right now I am having awesome results :).
Awesome to hear! Glad I can do it just by returning to my regularly scheduled posting structure. Thanks for the response and stoked that you’re back at it and seeing results!
You should be regularly checking Google Analytics and other tools to assess your site SEO health at least on a monthly basis!
Sorry, I wasn't really clear. My site is fine and I have full access. It's SEO Dead if that makes sense... As in it has fallen in search result priority, etc.
Oh I see. Yes for now SEO is probably dead, but once you start producing content again, you'll probably get it back faster than starting a new site.
