Eating mostly fresh and raw works for me.

I've been eating mostly raw fruit for about 10 months now and I am happy with how I'm feeling from it. I've shed about 10 pounds without even trying and many of my friends have told me how much healthier I am appearing. A conviction I've had for many years is that creation must have had a plan when placing us humans here in "the garden," with all these wonderful, tasty fruits and vegetables. Surely humans, or humanoids existed for millenia here without cooking their food, and with more and more research recently produced on the negative effects of eating meat, and on the merits of fresh and raw foods, I have been happily experimenting with this diet. I did not go into this blindly, rather am following a couple educated doctors, one a naturopath, and the other an MD, and their info on how beneficial fresh and raw is for us. At 53 years of age, I am required to monitor the health of my digestion, and this too is improved muchly by eating mostly fruit. In future I will be addressing many of the cliche concerns of this kind of diet, some of which include, how do we get our protein?, is there too much sugar in eating mostly fruit?, how do I "combine" more fruit in my diet?, by citing some recent scientific research into this diet.

I live as a vegan now. There is a lot of protein available to those who seek to live without meat. I'm 43 and weigh in at a healthy 205. Beans, almonds, cashews, and more will keep the protein you need at hand. Keep it up brother.
