I went out today to have a picture made. Now that I have it I have no clue how to get it to my web site?? Any help on how to take the picture in my hand and get it to the site?
Cyril, it's hard to answer you as we don't know the picture form.
How did you have the picture made? Is it painted? Is it digital?
If it is just a photograph or painting you could either scan it into your computer or take a screen shot.

Its digital I guess. Ok its just a photo of me. I have no idea how I got my dog Diego up there and have non clue how to get me in.
I swear I didn't scan Diego's picture in, now I've spent the time to get the picture taken and i really don't know what scan into the computer or take a screen shot means....??

but i' am thankfully not broke, and realizing this will take a lot of time....

So, Diego is gorgeous but is that really him or a default photo!.
If the picture is digital you should be able to download it onto your computer. Are you using a PC? If so, the device you took a photo on should have a cable that connects to it.
I guess the best way is for you to tell us exactly what system you are using and what equipment you have.

How do i get my puicture on my site?

Where is the photo you had made located? On your phone? On your computer? Literally in your hand, like a hard copy? Where are you trying to load your photo? To Wealthy Affiliate on your profile or on your created website?
If it is to be on Wealthy Affiliate, you just go to your profile page and under your photo it will say "Add photo" click that and find where your photo is on your computer or phone and select it.
If it is to be on your website, let us know and we can give you detailed instructions on how to add a photo.
But first and foremost, find where your photo is.

The answer has been explained but I just wanted to say that I really love the pic of your dog, so cute!
Where do you currently have the picture? If it's on your computer, just click add media on the page or post you are editing. This is at the top left of the post you are editing. You will be able to upload your photo right to your website and have access to it anytime you are logged into wordpress.
If it's on your phone, you can email it to yourself, save it to your computer, make sure you name it so it's easier to find when you go to upload it to wordpress. I wouldn't take these extra steps unless I needed or wanted it on my computer. If you don't need it on your computer, log into WA from your phone, go to your website and follow the steps in the first paragraph.

Oh, you're talking about within WA.
Just click on your dogs pic in the upper left, and a menu comes up, select Profile. This takes you to your profile page, then on the right where your dog pic is bigger below you'll see 'Add Image'
After you upload a new photo, it will give you the option to set it as your Profile pic.

You just want to change your WA Profile pic, right?

I have my dog buddy up on my web site.. I didn't do that?? I just went and had a picture made, can someone please tell me how to put my picture on our website??
From your wordpress dashboard click on Appearance=>Customize
From here you can select 'Site title' and upload an image logo and at the very bottom you can upload for your Site icon (tiny picture that shows in a browser tab). Typically your Logo and Site icon would be the same image.
You can use Canva.com to create a logo.jpg file to use. Always download from Canva as jpg because these are compressed better than png.
To add an image to a post or page select Posts or Pages then select the post or page you want to put an image in.
Scroll down or at the top of your post, wherever you want to add an image and set the cursor on the line of text where you want an image. Then click 'Add Media' at the top of the edit post page. Select the Upload Files tab and upload a .jpg image.
A sidebar will come up and you can set the Title and Alt Text - name them something relevant to the image. Select the Alignment you want (Left, Center, Right). Link to none for now and you usually want Medium Size. Click the 'Insert into Post' button.
Click view page to see how it looks on your site. You can resize it from the editor slightly, but don't resize too much.
You'll get a lot more training when you go premium.

OK so you're talking about this cute dog picture here on WA, your profile picture, not your niche website image. To update that just click on your profile picture in the upper-left corner here and then select My Profile. Click on Add Image. Drag your new image where it says drag and drop or click browse and navigate to where you have the image you want to use and select it. Crop it as you see fit and then check the box that says Use as My Profile Image. Click Save and Continue then click Close. You'll now have both your cute puppy image and your new image to use as you profile pic.
