It really depends on a lot. I, like Arjun suggests, recommend 3 posts per week. However, if you're learning the courses, you may not have that much time to write, or may not fully understand keywords. There's really no set idea of how much you "should" do.

More = better = bigger results

You are in control! It's like buying a car and asking the dealer where you should drive it :) You own your business, and can decide how fast, or how much progress you want to make in what period of time.

If you don't have 30 posts yet, shoot for 30 and see where that takes you.

Hey Cyril. It really depends on you and the time commitment you have. You do not want this to subtract from what you're currently doing at school.

That being said, a post a week is definitely reasonable, and if you can do extra, by all means do so. But it has to be sustainable and consistent. By 3 months you should be through the first Get Started course, and that is where Kyle will talk you through the pages you should have. Your Niche will also determine how many pages you will want to add.

Good progress is staying consistent, so stay with it and you will do fine.

I agree with the consistence. But do the get started course of Level one to five are supposing us finishing in three months?

Again, the time it takes to finish all 5 of the certification courses, depends on you. The foundation and framework of your website will be set in course 1.

For good progress and to engage with traffic you should blog at least 3 post per week which means for a three month old blog it should contain at least of 30 of minimum blog post or pages. As much fastly you can add content then that much alive your blog will be and don't forget to feed them by updating older posts and bringing as well as replying to your visitor comments.

Seems not many people could achieve that actually. I saw many members' websites don't have many posts there(let say less than 100) but ranked so high.

Yes sometimes with some post itself traffic may come. It all depends how you writing and promoting it. But publishing posts per week is the best way to get noticed by Google that your blog is active

I saw some of you guys said some are earning even $10000+ monthly.

Is that real? If there are anyone earning this much, may I have a look of the website? Thanks

There are quite a few members. The longer you stick around and get to know people, the more you'll get to know them. Please read this post:

There most certainly is.

Thanks! That really helps me!

Where do I see the answer - it could be interesting?

Affiliate marketing is not that popular in my country. It is hard to convince and persuade people to take action. But I believe I can somehow create some demands as I don't see

No one can really give an accurate number! It depends on the quality, the volume, and the frequency of posting. IT depends on how much social media you do, and how you respond to visitors, or what type of other work you're doing on your site.

I could say 500 visits a day or 1000 visits a day but it really depends.

What matters is how much money you're making from your site. A site with 1000 visits per day can make more than a site with 10,000 visits per day, depending on who's running the website!

There is no specific number of visitors or conversion you will expect to see within that time period. Everything varies, and greatly depends on your niche too. You might have 10 visitors and make 5 conversions or you may even have 100 visitors and 0 conversions on a given day. So there is no way to really predict. If you ask me, it's all about trial and error. Give yourself 6months, keep working on it. After 6 months analyse your progress and see whether you are making money. If not or less, its probably something you might not be doing correctly. Come back here again and ask advice from Kyle, Carson or other community members, I'm sure you will getter better suggestions than.

Hey CyrilChan,

I am new to WA also, I joined two months ago. But I have been around the internet for about the last 16+ years and this is by far the best affiliate marketing opportunity/platform on line that I have come across in that time.

To answer your question in 6 months you will see much growth in your knowledge of how to be a successful online entrepreneur. If you're not making money at that point, don't quit...stick with it and it will happen.

Cheers to Success!

Keep updating it and you will go up the ranks on Google, Charco.

Whether or not it's popular in your country, you will make maximum conversions by adding interesting content frequently. :)

Although I know adding interesting content can continuously attract visitors, I would like to have a standard with respect to a time period.

I mean when my website has run for three/six months, how many visitors/day should it be? What number is a reasonable standard?

I've had my affiliate website up for only two months now, so I'll leave this for question for someone who has a more matured website.

How new is your website?

I'm also interested to see where this thread leads to. :)

Its very new. I rewrite a whole brand new website when I had a bad experience with my old one last year. I decided to swift my focus to my own country which language is chinese. Its really good for traffic as so few people work with this way. The biggest problem I encountered is that if I stick my web to China and Taiwan, many people do not understand English and they end of not registering WA.

I see what you mean, Charco. I'm sure there will be some members here on WA who are in the same situation and will be able to offer their insights and help. All the best with your progress!

I was planning to create a membership to privide services. I want to do something like Kyle and spread my membership out!

How do I set up some automatic payment system fo

Hi Charco,

Here are a few options:

* WP Wishlist member
* Rainmaker

Both do the same thing essentially, but one is a recurring payment (Rainmaker) and the other is a one time fee.

- Jay

Everything that Kyle and Carson have built here is custom, so it won't be doable using plugins and Wordpress themes for sure. My thought has always been, why try to re-invent the wheel, when WA already has an awesome system and you can make 50% commissions referring people here.

That being said, I understand you might want to do your own thing. Maybe check out Rainmaker from Copyblogger. It'll require you buy a bunch of stuff, and it's not cheap, but it's a pretty sweet membership site thing. I"m not familiar with all the features, but that's the first place I would go.

Yea WA is really awesome but there would be some other marketing strategies. We can be successful bloggers but there could be something more to break through. What if WA shut down? I am younger than Kyle and this could be happened in some day.
Besides, creating a cheap lifetime membership could make people being more intented to covert to your own refferals in WA. Moreover, memberships have othere marketing strategies instead of blogging only. I want to diverse my business and make it awesome. Therefore, I would like to know more about payment routine and making membership.

Definitely check out rainmaker. They have a good membership setup on their platform.

No idea

The important thing is to get advice from people who have actually created a successful membership site.

It's not as easy or automated as it sounds. It can be done, of course, but It has a considerable learning curve. There are courses around but you need to do some due diligence, as many make it sound much easier than it is.

It helps if you are technically savvy and have a workable strategy and business plan before you proceed. Plugins and automated scripts are only one aspect. There's more to it.

I suggest you contact Kyle or Carson to get more guidance. They certainly know what they are talking about when it comes to creating, building and managing membership sites. ~Jude

Actually I have did a lot of research on marketing. I know all of your concern and building a membership could be a hard job. But I believe that I could do this well and I prepared to plan for a membership scheme.
Therefore information that I asked is really essential for me.

I understand. Go for it. This might help to get you started and you can progress from there: ~Jude

I just want to thank you for this reply as the membership and affiliate plugins do make it sound just so simple.

Since this post I have looked into it as it seems like a great model for my goals but I can now see how a great deal of thought and preparation is required but well worth it I think.

Building the membership site is the easy part. Maintaining it with new content, and keeping the members happy and active in the site is the real challenge, especially if they are paying a membership fee. ~Jude

Wow that's cool because the content part is easy for me as a guitar teacher. I can keep it coming for years :-)

Thanks

That is an ideal service to offer. I can see where that would work really well for you. And you are doing something you are passionate about and want to teach - people will relate to that. Be prepared to do Training Videos! ~Jude

I just searched google and found some good options with the available wordpress affiliate management plugins. I think it will take some research to work out which one will best suit your requirements. What will you and your affiliates be selling?

A membership created by me will be selling. There will be some videos and coaching services.

Good luck.

With WP you will need a membership plugin with built in affiliate program - seems pretty simple using something like https://membermouse.com very well priced too. It's amazing what you could create for very small amount of money

Will Google punish website that posting similar content to improve keywords density?

I want to hit the keywords with different angles.

Is that a little bit redundant

In those two examples, they can be considered different keywords, as long as your content is different! If you essentially change the word "india" and "united states", but everything else is the same, it can be considered kw stuff and get you a penalty (maybe).

But making money online from india and from the US can be quite different, and if your articles reflect that, you'll be totally fine. In fact, if you do that for all countries, you might actually gain authority for other "make money online" type of keywords.

You get what I mean!! Thank you very much :)

If you used the keyword phrase within the same one post, the keyword would be seen by the search engines as "make money online" - so, yes, if you overused that phrase in any single post, Google would see that as keyword stuffing.

Best to target each post you write with its own unique keyword in the title and first paragraph. You can also mention 'make money online in country name' further along into a post, or as a subheading, where it makes sense to do so. ~Jude

Thanks for the comment! Do you mean that I am not suggested to separating " make money in xxx" and "make money in yyy"?

If you have two completely separate posts, each with its own different permalink URL, and unique content, you can use that phrase with each URL.

I'm saying do not include them over and over again within the same post and same permalink. You also don't want to keep using that phrase over and over in your content generally. For example, you can use 'create income' rather than 'make money', and so on. ~Jude
