Breaching google's redirection policy is usually because your urls don't match. I didn't see any ads on the site link you provided so it's hard to say what happened but the easiest thing would be to start again. Place the ad and just use the banner link provided on WA it already has your affiliate link in it so there isn't any need to change anything.
they made me take down the ad links so it doesn't redirect from any sites. I gues I'm not understanding. Do I not change the url in the advertizement - if not then it just sits there like a lump

Breaching google's redirection policy is usually because your urls don't match.
