These are the 6 options I have so far.
Any thoughts or feedback is greatly received and will be very helpful to me going forward. Thanks

So, I am thinking about widespread appeal, do you think it is worth having his skin darker?
Hi Dave, I like the first one on the top set (third one on the bottom). They are all cute though!
I just looked at your website. Since I grew up in the bush in Alaska and my husband (a U.S. Marine) did as well, I am interested in your niche. I had to laugh about your comment regarding Bear Grylls. My husband laughs at him too!

Oops... I didn't see the others.
Ok... when you go down to the bottom where there are 5 images. I like the first image of the man!
Try again, I thought private meant if you had the link you could view it, obviously not, lol

My brand logo, what do you think?

Update - I have had a few other website logo images for you guys to consider if you have 2 minutes to spare please? Any help is greatly appreciated.
I am struggling with that one as 'he' looks quite like a 'she' in the face.... My demographic is almost exclusively male and outdoor types who probably dont shape their eyebrows, lol.
he has shaped eyebrows and.... Gentle eyes, lol. He just doesnt quite look cavemanesque enough to me. Man this is difficult to choose. :-)

Okay so all of a sudden 2 weeks ago all of my search traffic has gone! Google analytics is showing nothing and my Amazon sales have also dried up overnight, any ideas?
do you know where it was coming from?
using similarweb it shows your traffic going to zero over the last two months
have you updated anything?
have you added any plugins?
have you checked your backlinks?
good luck with sorting it out
phil
Simliarweb is way off on all 8 of my websites I have so I wouldn't worry about that too much.
Most of my traffic was from Google search and I have not touched the site for around 4 months. Not entirely sure how to check backlinks.
when you say you haven't touched it, do you mean adding content or updating the back end? if you haven't added content then google will dump you.
yeah i don't trust similarweb just as a guideline
have you tried http://smallseotools.com/keyword-position/# to find your page rank?
there are backlink checkers for free - do a search in google.
you are looking for good sources - google analytics or webmaster should show these - i think!
just check where your links are coming from - are they trustworthy?

This morning I have had my Google account disabled for policy violations despite having done nothing with my account for over 3 weeks?! It appears there is no way to fix it des
Just to clear up any confusion for anyone, I have had the following disabled -
Gmail
Adwords
Adsense
YouTube
Analytics
Webmaster tools
G+
They all say disabled and will not let me login!
Your best bet is to contact them by phone where you can talk to live person and stay online with them until your questions are not answered. Shooting e-mails back and forth will take a century.
I would call them to find out why. I've called them a couple of times with other questions no problem - If I remember correctly, I was able to contact them thru my Adsense.
They should give you a reason so you can correct it.
Do you mean Google Adsense? I've had it on a past website because my content was in violation of their policy. I wasn't able to get my website reinstated because I wasn't willing to remove the content. They should have told you what policy you've violated when your account got disabled. If you're willing to correct the issues they have, you might be able to get your account reinstated.

I am having no problems writing good content but it seems to take me ages to actually post the article to my blog. I struggle with keyword research, fighting with Wordpress and
I struggle with keywords also. I don't know if you're using Jaaxy or some other keyword tool, but they help... A LOT. I'm using Longtail Pro... but I keep considering Jaaxy too. I'm reluctant to spend another $19-49/mo though. For Longtail pro, I'll load up my keywords, then let it process while I do other things. Once it's done processing, I start picking through viable keywords. Longtail Pro has a QSR-like tool. However, it tends to set off Captcha with Google. So, I hop on WA and use the Keyword Tool.
Though I have to wait for the keywords to process in Longtail, I typically end up with a handful of keywords each go around.
I'm not sure what you're trying to do with Wordpress that's causing you so much trouble. So, I don't have suggestion there. I try to keep my formatting simple. I use h3 headers and once in a while a bold or italic. My pictures are typically medium sized and wrapped to the left or right. Once in awhile, I'll use a large centered image.
I will say, the more you work with Wordpress, the easier it gets. You get used to the quirks and get into a formatting routine.
As far as images go, sometimes free images or plentiful... sometimes I struggle. Here is a post of places you can go for free images: Free Images, free photo's, free cliparts, free pictures .
I agree with you, there has to be a better way.
Sometimes the words just flow out the fingertips, onto the keyboard!
Other times, a few paragraphs and then nothing!
Surely one day it will all fall in place!
Did you decide to do things in a different manner from what you had been doing?

I get my images ready in advance, write the post, and select keywords, it takes on average a couple of hours, I do not think there are any shortcuts other than have someone else do the writing etc for you
Write your blog and ask what is it about ok so there is your keyword
Easy so again what is it about well there are your pics easy - chill and post you can always go to it later and change things
I started just writing the content out. It seems to be faster this way. I add everything else after. Psychologicallly, it's a huge difference. Geoff. The friendly fisherman. :)
Once you get used to Wordpress you will move faster.
You should take your time to find a 'good' keyword but like Kyles says, you shouldn't be obsessed with finding the 'perfect' keyword. as the quality of your content will be more important.
I have a huge list of saved keywords for when I am out inspiration. Take 1 day to do only keyword research for example and a day to look for images that fit your niche so you have them for when you need them.
Also, I'd recommend searching for images after you have written your post or before so you don't lose time while writing.
It takes some time to write a good post and even if some people manage to write a great post in 1 hour, others will need more time.
Sometimes, it takes me 2 days to write a post and sometimes I manage to do it in only a few hours,...
Patience is the key! :)
I am used to Wordpress, I just hate it though as its so inefficient and unintuitive in the way it does things, if only Apple did blogs, lol.
I can easily smash out a 2,000 word post in under an hour, but it takes me perhaps another 3 hours to format it correctly, find images and then come up with a keyword. It's driving me nuts as there HAS to be a quicker way of doing it!
Ok, there are some alternatives to Wordpress but I have no experience with them. Maybe worth to check it out.
What you could do, is writing your post in OpenOffice ( since you are on mac I understand) and paste it into WordPress to avoid all the formatting.
