Sharing a Valerie-ism
Well today is a very special day for me, my third month anniversary here at Wealthy Affiliatte and I am proud to say that I have found a new home.
Today I would love to share an -ism, actually a Valerie-ism of course Valerie is known here in the community of Wealthy Affiliates as Taylor03
Not sure if this was an original Valerie or not but the quote is worth sharing.
"In a car your windshield is very broad to allow for looking forward. Your rear view mirror, in which we look back at where we have been, is significantly smaller. The key is to keep the past in perspective! Glance at it if needed but focus on the broader picture and move forward."
Having owned a driving school, yes I actually do teach teenagers how to drive safely and responsibly for the past 17 years. I know I don't look that old (OK folks I was fishing for a compliment there so feel free) I could personally relate to this Valerie-ism. It is of course crucial that we never lose sight of where we have been, or what is behind us, but it is even more important that we keep our focus on what lies ahead, and so it is in your business here within Wealthy Affiliate (or any other business you may be involved in).
We need to set our goals and objectives, we need to write them down, we need to commit tem to memory, and believe that we can and will accomplish them, but even more important than that we need to believe that we have already accomplsihed them, that is a primary principle in the use of the law of attraction, it is not what you wish for, but what you believe to be reality, and then and only then is that reality manifest in your life.
Think positive thoughts, believe in your thoughts, create your future.
So how many sales are you going to make this month?
How much money are you going to make this month?
What kind of car do you want to drive?
Where do you want to live?
The possibilities are truly emdless.
Dare to dream.

It's a fact that the broader view is forward and a little is rear view.
Though the rear view is small it makes a big difference because it warns you of safety.
That is so true and I would much rather know of an approaching problem before it catches up with me, so this analogy is true not just in driving, but also in life. Thanks for chiming in.
Good ism. However the skills you learn in the past can pave your way far easier in the future.
That is so very true unless or of course we desire to have history repeat itself, it is sort of a two edged sword one might say,
