Sharing a Mitch-ism aka MCrim
After the posting of the Lombardi-ism I got a reply from my friend Mitch (known to our Wealthy Affiliate community as MCrim) who shared with me another inspirational tidbit from the incredible Coach Lombardi, so I thought it appropriate to share with you today.
Now I am sure that Lombardi a man of few words would have surely appreciated Mitch's elaboration on his quote as much as I did. So let me give credit to the man in the spotlight one more time here today with his quote, "I take that to mean when you get tired or frustrated, our courage tends to wan. That's the time we need to buck up and do something positive." -Mitch (aka MCrim) why not follow him, you might just find some other pearls of wisdom in his writings?
Now to elaborate just a bit. Mitch here was rght on the money, often when we tire, or when we get bored with what we are doing in our lives, or even worse when we are trying to make something perfect, and it just isn't coming out the way we want it to it is then when we tend to back off.
The difference between the winners (those who will succeed) and the losers (those who will host their very own pity party, oh woe is me) is that the winners will seize the moment or the opportunity, and push themselves beyond their preconceived limitations.
The winners will do WEIT (What Ever It Takes) to persevere and move beyond. Remember always that perceived limitations are what you once believed in your own mind to be impossible. But you and only you can turn the impossible into I'm-Possible, and all it takes is a hyphen and an apostrophe. Now we have a whole different meaning don't we.
As always I hope this post has been enjoyable, enlightening, and informative. If you enjoyed it or thought that it was why not chime in and say Hello.
Luv and Respect for All.

Great motivation! Brings me back to my days in the military. We have to have a "no quit" attitude and push ourselves beyond our comfort zone in order to reach what many perceive to be impossible goals. Thanks for sharing.
Very good. Someone else once said don't know who but here it goes and maybe not 100% " when the going gets tough the tough get going".
John
Yes John, although that one is a take off from a bible verse the comment itself, has been credited to the Great and Knute Rockne (football player and head coach) and also to Joseph Kennedy (father of our 35th POTUS John F. Kennedy). The great part of such quotes is that we can usually find many different versions. But I really want to thank you for sharing and of course being the first one to comment today. So let me share one with you. "The early bird catcheth the worm" John Ray's A collection of English proverbs 1670, 1678
So today I hope you are going fishing cuz you got the worm.
