Each and every day we make choices as to how our day will be? Will it be a good day, or will it be a bad day? When we make that decision we are setting the tone for the rest of the day.

So why not choose to make it a good day?

This is a wonderful thought, Dr. Carl. Although this reminds me of, "Thought f the Day" which was once a popular post series by a very inspirational Mr. Sheridan, an oasis who disappeared.

I am a big fan of such posts Kaju. There is so often a hidden gem in such things.

If you choose to make it a good day, chances are you'll be happier and hopefully that will carry over to the following day. It's always better to be positive because there is too much negative in the world already.
Thanks Carl!

Ok I will say it... Negativity has no place in our lives if we truly desire to be successful. Thanks

I couldn't agree more!

apologize for my tardy response, but I was having some issues with my account, and needed to get that all resolved so I could get back to people. But I will be following you back and looking forward to seeing great success in your future here at WA.

Yep.

Have to love it Rog

I agree. I know that happiness is a choice. We choose to be happy.
This is a great reminder to all of us. Thanks!

Linda we all deal with circumstances in life but I think you have the understanding that it is not the circumstance but how we perceive it that matters.

It's a mindset! Only you can change your mind. I choose to have a great day filled with productivity, positivity, and presence. May your day be filled with greatness!

I love that attitude.... It works for me! Thanks for sharing.

At the end of the day I try to remember all the good things that happened that day and smile! Sue :)

Then smile you shall because there is something incredible that happens in our lives everyday.

Love it! :))

Just a bit of crazy wisdom from the prescription pad of the Doctor.

Yes, I chose a good day .

Best way to go my friend...

I agree carl. See my yesterday's post.

Awesome Mike just checked it out and commented :-)

I do believe that at any given time, we can "re-route" the day. I awakened feeling a bit grumpy simply because I wasn't feeling well, physically; the fact that I've been feeling this way fire several days made me even grumpier.

So, I wole up grumbling, but before getting out of bed, I gave thanks for a few things, because I knew I had to readjust my attitude.

I'm not a believer that one or a few "bad" incidents in the morning will ruin my day. It's just an incident, it will only grow and hatch baby monsters if I feed it.

What say you, Dr. Carl....

So true Veronica the physical ailments that we all tend to encounter as we age are physical, and although in that respect we can not control the body, but we surely can control the mind.

The decision to not let those things limit us and make our day miserable is what we can control. I had the opportunity to exchange some comments with a person that was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy, and I have intimate knowledge of the subject because my dad had it, and at that time there was not much known about the disease, and my brother now has it and he has a bad attitude about it and it affects every area of his life.

But this young lady refuses to accept it and is very positive about it and her attitude is very important in the quality of her life.

She sounds like a tough lady!

I choose to repel the baby monsters! Thanks:)

I choose each day to make it a good one.

And just a question for you for edification purposes. Does that work out for the most part? Of course I am pretty sure I know the answer.

It works great. I wake up, give thanks for the day, stretch all my muscles, close my eyes and mentally plan my day. Then I hop out of bed and go for it! Takes about 2 min.

Love it! apologize for my tardy response, but I was having some issues with my account, and needed to get that all resolved so I could get back to people. But I will be following you back and looking forward to seeing great success in your future here at WA.
