How can I change the settings?
I want to change the payment method instead of my credit card.

You can go to
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/account/subscription
Scroll down, click last invoice and update payment info.
You can cancel billing info on the page, but be warned they will try to collect three times. Failed billing has a grace period of 10 days before accounts are closed.
You will also see a red banner top of subscription page when to expect to be locked off platform.
If that, I suggest suggest you backup your sites, you can use the AIO WP Migration or Updraft plugins. UpdraftPlus is a premium and highly recommended. Site support backup are available for 60 days.

Also domain names must have passed the grace period of 60 days before you are able to transfer them out.
Pro-rated means taking into account any monies you paid previously. System would work the pro-rated amount.

Nope, just checked it is running okay.
Try empty browsers cache, refresh and try again.
